浴室暖氣架以及房間暖氣都不能用，即使換了電池也不能用，也沒人願意修到好 角落都有蜘蛛網，不是很乾淨 隔音不是很好，尤其地面層的房間，關門都會很大聲 而且一定要3點才可以入住，即便提早一點點到也要加錢 地面層的房間要往裡面走，中間會經過很奇怪的通道，那邊又有一個出口，很多奇奇怪怪的人會在外面抽菸、喝酒、大聲聊天？？？讓人不禁懷疑飯店跟住宅混在一起？有點治安疑慮 但櫃檯有免費咖啡跟牛奶，還不錯 退房時的小姐服務很好，幫我解決問題，唯一讓我感到開心的一刻吧，他叫Teresa?有點忘了

Zona tranquila y bien situado

We had a comfortable stay at this hotel. I just wish it had a little lobby, but it had a nice front yard for smokers.

The breakfast buffet was great. I feel like it would satisfy many different tastes and preferences. I did not expect the lack of ventilation in the room. It was very stuffy. I asked about that and was told by the desk attendant that there was a fan in the room. There was not. Was told that one would be put in the room, but it never happened.

Convenient location, close to restaurants, cafes, parks & transport. Walkable distance to the main shopping street. Room was bright and clean.

The hotel’s location is pretty convenient for us. The issue is that the WiFi is not stable on upper floors

Hotel sucio, me tocó un baño con el WC sucio y toallas usadas encima de la mesa. Me asignaron una habitación sin limpiar y como era media noche no había nadie en el desk para quejarse. Es self-service y poca ayuda

Parkplätze vor der Türe nur bedingt verfügbar zudem sehr teuer 48 Euro pro Tag auf einem öffentlichen Parkplatz. Parkhaus nebenan darf nicht benutzt werden nur für Dauerparker. Nasszelle ist Defekt gewesen Türe auf einer Seite lose. Fugen und Ränder vom Kalk aufgequollen. Matratzen waren sauber aber schon sehr durchgelegen.

A recepção, principalmente o Mário, foi excepcional. Ele sempre nos auxiliando no necessário. O café da manhã é muito bom, comparado a outros hotéis de mesma classificação na Europa. Somente penso que não deveria ser cobrado a parte do valor da diária. A localização do hotel é excelente. Fizemos muitas coisas à pé. Creio que seria muito bom ter um minibar no quarto.

Hotel Lützow was a near-perfect location to wrap up my daughter's and my two-week road trip in central-Europe. It is a ten-minute walk from a Sixt rental return location, fifteen minutes from dining and shopping options, one or two blocks from Bus 200 (runs every fifteen minutes) to go to central Berlin, has a wonderful bakery just around the corner, and a Steinway piano store next door. We found street parking in front of the hotel so we could check in and drop off our luggage before turning in our rental car. The front desk clerk was very helpful with information for where to go for dinner and how to get to the airport using a bus and the airport express train when we departed. The room was clean and comfortable, with more space being made available by a bunkbed rather than two twin/single beds. My daughter called dibs on the upper bunk. Many thanks for an enjoyable stay!

The hotel staff explained that the breakfast fee was included in the accommodation fee, but it was charged separately on the last day. A very disappointing feeling Everyone, please be careful.

Very quiet hotel and cosy room… even during the huge festival in the neighborhood. Nice staff, friendly service, comfortable bed. Cooking kit is provided. No AC, but it wasn’t hot. Very close to famous park, department store and other tourist and party locations.
