乾淨、早餐好吃

Very bad internet. My colleauge who stay in 4th floor and I stay in 2nd floor both can not connect the internet. For business man, lost internet mean lost everything. 网络太烂！我住4楼的同事和住2楼的我都无法连接！ 出差无法处理邮件！

Besonders das Frühstück ist super

Nagenoeg alles was perfect.

Mooie grote en zeer schone kamers. Te weinig zitplaatsen bij het ontbijt. Verder een fijn verblijf gehad.

Check in dauerte über 30min Buchung Expedia war nicht vorhanden. Zimmer in die Jahre gekommen.

Nice hotel

The hotel has been falling in standard since it was converted from Steigenberger. The hotel is still a nice place to stay but the staff, seems like they sometimes don't know what they're doing and not very customer service focused

Wir hatten 3 Nächte gebucht, konnten aber aufgrund von Flugausfällen leider nicht im Hotel übernachten. Da ich wieder zurück muss, bat ich um eine neue Buchung oder eine Rückerstattung. Dies wurde jedoch abgelehnt. 3 Tage bezahlt, ohne zu bleiben und keine Rückerstattung. Avevo prenotato 3 notti ma a causa di cancellazione dei voli purtroppo non ho soggiornato all'hotel e, poichè debbo tornare ho chiesto una nuova prenotazione o un rimborso . Ma è stato rifiutato . 3 giorni pagati senza soggiornare e 0 rimborsi.

Zimmer im Stil alt, im Bad Schweißgeruch

Dejligt hotel. Rent og pænt. Fint værelse men savnede en kaffemaskine. Venligt personale og hotellet havde endda en god wineshop med dejlige primært tyske vine. Parkeringskælder og kun få meter til bymuren og den gamle by.

Meget fejl hotel og venligt personale. Lækkertaftensmåltid og fantastisk morgenmad

This is a lovely hotel. I stayed here last year, booked a superior room and emailed the hotel to ask for a view of the city. They replied they would do their best. On booking in I asked again about a city view and got given one, my sons who were with me were given a city view as well. No extra charge, no mention of free upgrade. This year I booked 2 Superior rooms and again emailed the hotel about a city view. The reply I got was that I did not qualify for a city view as I had booked Superior rooms and I would have to pay 15€ per night per room for a city view in an upgraded Deluxe room. I was stunned as we were given city views in 2024 at no extra cost and no one mentioned we were being upgraded so I thought we were in Superior rooms with a city view but according to SS who replied we were given DeLuxe rooms. The cost per night was then reduced to €10 per room per night and after a few emails back and forth could not get the price reduced any more. ( the person replying was not very nice) I requested rooms 321 and 323, same rooms as last year, and got these on arrival. The city view is fantastic and when I come again next year I'm going to request rooms above these on the 4th floor, superior rooms of course as I enquired and they have them on the 4th floor. Disappointing that the room don't have a fridge to keep water cool as it was very hot when we were there, 11-16th August. We requested fans for the rooms and these were delivered straight away.
