For this stay I booked for my friend I have to put my credit details into this booking as Expedia asked me but this payment from Expedia was not going thru hotel, that means i have to pay directly at hotel. That's NOT nice in my view because my friend who checked in that hotel got confused why hotel said i haven't pay for him for this stay. Not nice !

I was very shocked that room service tried to enter my room TWICE without me giving consent. At 9am on a Sunday, they knocked on my door and after I indicated that someone was in the room, they tried to open the door with their key. The rooms have no locks on them, but thankfully I have the habit of bringing a door barrier with me. This is NOT OKAY. The second time happened again after breakfast, the exact same situation. After the first attempt at using the key to open the door didn’t work, the person tried a second time. I was horrified that they feel like they have the right to do this when the guest is in the room. Also, it was check out day for me, so they didn’t have to clean out my room anyways. Better management from the hotel please, because this is not okay at all.

Die Fotos auf der Homepage sahen ganz ordentlich aus und ich habe für € 124,60 für einen Person gebucht.
Hierfür gab es ein großes ungemütliches Zimmer das weit von der aktuellen Hotelzimmerstand ist, teilweise alte Möbel, transparente Dekostoffe, Zimmerhöhe wohl 4 Meter....! Badezimmer auch mit der Charme der 80´-Jahre mit Badewanne zum duschen.
Dafür war der Frühstück sehr gut und hier gab es freundliches Personal.
