I stayed at Hotel ZOE in Berlin for about a week and was pretty happy with the property. The location is excellent, next to not just plenty of restaurants, stores, etc., but multiple hubs on the Berlin metro. It is very easy to get wherever you need to go from here - I didn't use a taxi in my time and explored a lot of the city. I also found it to be quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep. The room was also relatively spacious and room service did an excellent job every day. I was very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

Removing reception was a mistake. The hotel still has lovely staff, but they are less accessible now. The hotel is popular, and is starting to show the signs of it. Still one of my favourite hotels in the area.

酒店地點絕對一流，就在 S Bahn 站旁，而且站旁餐廳林立，非常方便，但當然房間會聽到點點火車聲；鄰近博物館島，接近旅遊景點。前台服務態度很好，入住和退房很快捷。酒店早餐豐富，性價比甚高。房間有點小，一個人住剛好，兩個人有點擠，這也是大城市的常態。但整體來說清潔舒適。

I stayed at Hotel ZOE in Berlin for about a week and was pretty happy with the property. It is very easy to get wherever you need to go from here - I didn't use a taxi in my time and explored a lot of the city. I also found it to be quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep. The room was also relatively spacious and room service did an excellent job every day. I was very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

Perfect location for visiting Berlin and few minutes from train station to airport. Room lighting was a bit dark but apartment was perfect for family of four. A bit of noise from neighbors but not really from outside so we had a great night sleep. Lovely views from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

Digital Check-in is great, getting the room key on your phone is the way forward. But if you do that you have to endure that your system doesn’t kill itself and recognises when you pay city taxes. For that human intervention was required.

Unmotivierter und leicht überforderter Check-In, Zimmer klein aber okay. Tolle Dusche, super Lage. Sauberkeit semi.
Leider wurden die Hotelzimmertüren ausgetauscht während meines Aufenthalts, die Tür meines Zimmers direkt nach meinem Check-In. Ansonsten Lärm, Staub und Gestank - und natürlich keinerlei proaktive Kompensation des Hotels. Richtig schade!
