You know what you're getting with an Ibis Hotel, this was a decent one. We were just a short walk from decent supermarkets, breakfast bakeries and cafes.

Dieses Hotel ist am Wittenbergplatz in Schöneberg gelegen und hat somit eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung. Mein Zimmer war zum Innenhof ausgerichtet und ruhig. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind vor der Tür, Cafés, Restaurants und Bars in der Nähe oder fußläufig erreichbar.

Lorsque nous sommes arrivés dans la chambre, nous avons eu la très désagréable surprise de constater l’absence de porte de toilettes. Vraiment pas sympa pour l’intimité! Nous n’avons pu changer de chambre avant le lendemain car l’hôtel était complet. Jamais une telle chambre n’aurait dû être proposée, sauf éventuellement pour une personne seule. Le personnel ne s’en est excusé en aucun cas.
L’aménagement des chambres est extrêmement minimaliste, avec un tout petit portant pour ranger ses affaires (impossible si on est 2).
Le petit déjeuner est moyen. On s’attend à beaucoup mieux pour le prix: peu de choix proposés, produits de qualité moyenne.

Das Zimmer war sehr klein und nur äußerst zweckmäßig und billig eingerichtet. Nur ein offener Kleiderständer, kein Schrank oder ähnliches. Die Milchglastür zum Bad schloss nicht richtig. Überhaupt alles sehr hellhörig. Positiv war die Lage des Hotels am Wittenbergplatz mit Restaurants und unmittelbarer Nähe zur U-Bahn und zum Kurfürstendamm.

I really liked the location of the hotel. The area is safe and close to a grocery store and many restaurants. The train was also very close. There were just a couple of things that I found to be inconvenient. There was no space in the bathroom to put clothes and barely enough space for towels. I also wish there were drawers in the nightstand or something instead of a rolling closet with shelves.
