The hotel staff is sincere. There is a number 6 bus stop outside the building, and the railway station is within a 10-minute walk.

The breakfast is tasty and the staffs are nice. You can see Rhein river view through the room window.

酒店整體狀況良好，職員亦有禮，亦會解答遊客問題。 淋浴間的去水較慢，分隔玻璃與地台不夠高，即使將花灑水量調低，水亦容易漏出。

The room is clean and comfortable , the parking is at the basement so we could take elevator directly to our floor , extremely convenient !

We checked in late, yet the reception couldn't find out reservation from hotels.come. However, ibis still gave us a room and promised to take care of it the next morning which they did without any problems. the room was very clean and comfortable, we had a wonderful rest after long days.

Hotel com ótima aparência interna e externa, tudo novo, quarto e banheiro impecáveis, café da manhã ótimo em ambiente agradável. Serviço e atendimento perfeitos. Fácil acesso ao centro da cidade, curta distância, podendo ser a pé ou ônibus linha 6 - ponto em frente ao hotel. Considero uma boa opção em preço e qualidade.

Gute Lage, Stadtnah, Service okay.

Das Hotel liegt sehr gut. Innenstadt sowie öffentliche Verkehrsmittel sind fußläufig in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Von der Tiefgarage kommt man direkt ins Hotel. Die Zimmer sind sehr klein und man hat kaum eine Möglichkeit, die Kleidung auszuräumen. Das Frühstück war in Ordnung. Alles in allem passend für einen Kurzaufenthalt.

Lifte eher schwierig. Sonst Unterkunft klein aber I.O Morgenessen Sehr gut.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, nahe am Bus und zu Fuss in die Altstadt. Parking unter dem Hotel. Das Bett war eher klein mit 160 cm. Schade, dass man jeden Tag einen anderen Preis zahlt, wir waren 5 Tage, würden es aber wieder buchen.

Although clean and staff were good the air conditioning was terrible. This meant long hot sweaty nights. The air conditioning finally failed and they said we could change rooms. New room had same issues and very poor a/c. Perhaps after Reno’s next year things will improve but for now stay away if the heat bothers you!

Es war wunderschön Damen am Empfang sehr Nett und freundlich das Frühstück war hervorragend. Zimmer bissl zu klein TV auch. Aber trotzdem im grossen und ganzen sehr nett komme sicher wieder;-)
