This hotel is very close to Eurogress, shopping and historic attractions (Cathedral, city hall..), and bus stations. The room is very comfortable (I slept well each and every night), and the staff members are all very nice and helpful. I encountered a little difficulty when trying to open the shower door from inside the shower due to slippery hands and the small square door nob, making it a bit hard to pull open the door(I need to strengthen my muscles...). So from day two I slipped the towel edge between the door when taking the shower to prevent this from happening, which worked. There is a nice fruit store across from the street from where you can purchase fresh fruits(apricots, peaches, cherries..). The Columbian restaurant across from the street is also nice. Overall this is an enjoyable experience.

Bij aankomst willen we wat lunchen in het restaurant maar de muziek stond veel te hard en de bediening kwam niet langs dus zijn we weer weg gegaan. De kamer was op de BG naast de weg dus op verzoek zijn we heel vriendelijk naar een andere kamer verhuisd (receptie was top!) Kamers zijn schoon en strak maar omdat ze compleet wit en modern zijn doen ze wat steriel (soort ziekenhuis ) aan. De kamer was veel te warm (verwarming was niet echt te regelen) maar gelukkig kon het raam open. Het ontbijt biedt veel opties maar de eieren zijn overduidelijk legbatterijeieren en dus (vind ik) absoluut niet lekker, jammer. De sauna was lekker en de locatie is top dus al met al een prima verblijf

Esperava mais porcser um hotel da rede conhecida e famosa!!!
Porém, nosso quarto não funcionou o ar condicionado! Como iríamos ficar apenas duas diárias, não mudamos de quarto! E a manutenção não conseguiu resolver o problema!!! Localização é boa!
