A very comfortable hotel to stay with adjacent shopping mall to find outlet shopping and food court for variety of food. Although it is not located to the city centre, I find it just good and close to my business partner office. Service is excellent and efficient. Breakfast is splendid with many variety to choose.

worked well for a family overnight. local amenities and available parking all great. rooms clean and great views. didn't have any food. Gym seemed quite limited. Staff very kind and helpful. Especially to foreigners who don't speak the language.

Parking, breakfast

The staff were very friendly and kind, went out of their way to be helpful. I was a solo traveller and the environment was safe, Shopping centre almost next door, very vibrant,and the train service into the centre was easy and regular. Would happily stay again, Only downside was I would have liked a kettle so that I could make my own coffee in the morning.

Personal überfordert und Stellenweise zu wenig. Manchmal sind die Deutsch Kenntnisse etwas schlecht. Man wird nicht immer verstanden was man will.

Es war zu wenig Personal da, die wenigen waren aber sehr bemüht.

Great stay. Nice staff. Lovely breakfast buffet. The bed was a bit too firm for my back but the rest of the family had no problem with the beds. I recommend this hotel

Gute Lage, tolle Lobby, nette Bar. Personal sehr freundlich und flott. Frühstück für den Preis wirklich in Ordnung! Zimmer sauber und groß genug. Das Bad ist etwas klein und das Bett war uns etwas zu weich...aber Geschmackssache.

Wenn man zu einem Konzert kommt ist es okay Aber ansonsten ist das Hotel zu weit vom Schuss

War mit allem sehr Zufrieden. Sauberkeit Freundlichkeit zimmer. Frühstück war eine sehr große Auswahl da.

We we’re told that we didn’t have a booking when I called the hotel two days before arrival. After 1 1/2 hour of sending receipt from Hotels.com-app confirming it paid in advance and booked, the hotel still refused to have a booking in my name. And they wouldn’t help me figure it out and instead claimed that I had been scammed by Hotels.com-app. I called Hotels.com and after 10 minutes on the phone suddenly the hotel was able to find my booking. We were promised compensation on arrival by the phone - we didn’t get this either. When I checked in I asked if it was possible to reserve a table in a corner in advance for breakfast since we have a son with severe autism who thrives in corners. we were told it was not an option and we should find a cornertable the next day. And yes - there were no cornertables available at 7 for breakfast. Wonderful location, wonderful view, wonderful interiors. TERRIBLE costumers service. I usually never take the time to write this section but this costumers service has appaled me.
