Unfortunately, my stay was disrupted in a very upsetting way. Despite having the “Do Not Disturb” sign clearly displayed, someone from the hotel opened our room door and entered in the morning, waking us up.
When I reported this to the front desk, the receptionist said she did not know why this happened, which is extremely concerning. Guest privacy and safety should be a top priority at any hotel.
This experience left us feeling uncomfortable and disappointed, and it significantly affected our stay. I hope management takes this matter seriously and reviews their procedures to ensure it does not happen to other guests.

Zimmer sind top, war schon das zweite Mal in diesem Hotel. Modern und großzügig, sehr schöne große Dusche. Freundliches Personal, zentrale Lage in der Innenstadt. Frühstück ist gut, aber da ist noch etwas Luft nach oben.

Das Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Die Ausstattung des Zimmers war zweckentsprechend allerdings beim Reinigungsservice ist noch Luft nach oben. Ansonsten sehr gute Lage des Hotels Zentrum ist leicht zu Fuß erreichbar. Auch die Anbindungen sn den öffentlichen Verkehr sind hervorragend. Zusammenfassend kann ich das Hotel nur weiterempfehlen.
