Very expensive travel lodge will not stay here again

The staff was very helpful, easy transpiration to city sites or long distance travel. The room was comfortable

Excellent location but rooms are rather basic. Good for a short break. Would stay there again

Schöner Aufenthalt, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis, sehr aufmerksames, freundliches Personal. Ich freue mich auf den nächsten Aufenthalt.

Only thing I missed was a chrome cast and maybe a common area with a coffee machine!

Fler mich ist weil ich immer wieder auf der Durchreise bin die Nähe zum Bahnhof wichtig!! Mittlerweile.schon einige Male und ich war immer zu Frieden!!

Great location, well connected, lots of eating options in the vicinity, and the centre is a 10 minute easy walk

A very central hotel close to the main railway station. A very comfortable bed, good tv and bathroom. Only thing was couldn't see how to change the room temperature.

Very warm room with broken AC. The worst pillows ever. Hardly slept.

Made us wait to 3pm even though they clearly had rooms and lots of people checked in from 1.30pm. No tea or coffee making facilities. Good point is the location.

Close to center and clean, but the restaurant was too small (we waited a long time for a free table at breakfast) and we were not even there at the period they said it was busy. Small selektion in buffet. Matress was covered in latex…

Clean, comfortable and functional. Location is excellent for transport links and exploring the centre of Hamburg.

Hotel is walking distance from the train station, and near restaurants and shopping. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. We were in a business room on the 8th floor with a nice view.

HOTEL convinient to Trainstation and city, Room size good. Temperature in room was cool and not possible to adjust (even with the display in the room - system was not working) - I asked collegue and he had the same problem. Staff was nice - even got a watercooker from reception - room didn't have this -

Their bads were very dirty and had so much and bad bugs cleanliness is under 0 locations is good staff was good.

Das Hotel war ganz OK! Zufrieden mit dem Fruehstueck. Ich uebernachte hier wieder, wenn ich in Hamburg bin.

I came to this hotel because my original hotel was unacceptable. As a last minute choice, I couldn't be happier with this choice. This is a conveniently located modern comfortable hotel.
