Very good service and reasonable price. You could earn one free drink from hotel if you stay there more than one night as well.

K+K hotel令人滿意的便利交通，離捷運不遠，附近有麥當勞跟小型聖誕市集，對面有郵局。這個地點非常完美。客房也夠寬敞，也不吵。

Sometimes the traffic is annoying, room is a little small. Reception is nice and friendly.

價格不高，服務品質不錯，而且網路是免費使用。雖然位置離市中心稍遠，有點偏僻，但是離U-Bahn Am Harras只有5分鐘的路程，是可以接受的。

Sauberes Zimmer. Gute Matratzen. Gute Anbindung an ÖPNV. Wunsch nach ruhig gelegenen Zimmer wurde zunächst nicht nachgekommen. Beim 2. Versuch hat es dann geklappt, jedoch in kleineres Zimmer. Unterkühltes Personal. Kein/e Willkommensgruß und Informationen zur Unterkunft, auch auf Nachfrage der Frühstückszeiten nicht („stehen auf dem Schlüsselkärtchen“). Preis Leistung stimmte für das Zimmer. Frühstück nicht in Anspruch genommen. Fazit: Solide Unterkunft.

Gerne, hier ist eine kurze Hotelrezension: Das Hotel war insgesamt eher etwas schlechter als okay. Die Rezeption war mittelmäßig, aber mehr leider auch nicht. Das Gebäude sowie die Zimmer wirkten alt und deutlich abgenutzt – die Zimmer waren sehr dunkel, die Türen stark abgenutzt und sogar die Badewanne hatte ein Loch. Insgesamt machte das Zimmer einen heruntergewirtschafteten Eindruck. Auch das Frühstück war recht knapp gehalten, und die Kaffeemaschine wirkte ungeputzt. Insgesamt kein besonders angenehmer Aufenthalt.

Hotel Room was as expected.

The room was clean, the hotel is right near the train, staff were very friendly and helpful. They even printed off my tickets for me, as well as offering mulled wine & a biscuit on arrival. The bar staff are very welcoming

Very nice hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were clean and spacious. A bonus is the hotel is close to a small local Christmas market when I was there but also just close to a lot of shopping and easy transportation to get around. Breakfast was great as well! I can’t wait to visit again and I would definitely stay here again.

Nice two part room

The water in the hotel was out 3 days in a row. Couldn't shower. The room staff wasn't great. They forgot to replenish coffee, glasses, water, etc. The front desk was not helpful with the water situation and there was no compensation for this problem.

This was my first time ever in Germany and staying at K + K Hotel was exceptional! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were designed very well and the breakfast was amazing! I loved the small bar area as well. I loved that there were so many choices of restaurants and cafes so close by. If I’m ever back in Germany again, I would stay here.

habe mich im Zimmer wohlgefühlt. Die Lage von dem Hotel ist super. man erreicht schnell den Hauptbahnhof. nebenan war sogar ein kleiner Weihnachtsmarkt

Keine Deckenlampe, Schimmel an der wand/fenster, Dusche fiel aufeinander Direkt an der U-Bahn, schnell am Marienplatz, Preis ok
