The location could not be beat! On the river, a few blocks from the Dom and train station. Right in the middle of the Christmas Markets if you are traveling during that time. Room was older and smaller but definitely clean with a good restaurant below that we ate at a couple of times.

由火車站行過去需要5-10分鐘，房間面向河境，非常靚。但房間唔係太乾淨，水壓又好大問題，冷熱水間斷出，好大問題。風筒又唔夠力，床又太軟，枕頭又太軟。而且房間沒有提供任何水及熱水煲。而且房間好貴，非常不抵。不過唯一好的地方，是有個哥哥員工，服務非常好，好親切，笑容又真誠。

像是臨時改建的客房，從餐廳後門進入，經過垃圾桶後，才能夠上客房，樓下都是餐廳酒吧，淩晨兩點之後才開始安靜，但是早上八點就開始有收垃圾車行動。令人睡眠質量大大降低。

Super bem localizado, bares e restaurantes proximos, local seguro, a pouca distancia da catedral de Colônia, próximo a estacao de trem, gostei, quarto antigo mas bem funcional, so nao gostei dos travesseiros mas o restante estava tudo em boas condições, local aconchegante..os: embora seja proximo da estacao central o local e relativamente seguro, nao senti aquele ambiente hostil que geralmente se tem perto das estações..

All personal were very efficient,friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean ,our view was excellant,.. i had reserved a double room for 2 with 2 twin beds,i was given a double occupancy with a single double bed... the hotel staff was able to accomodate with grace and efficiency. Highest praise for the desk clerk

Lokasyonu çok iyi fiyatı da makul. Gerçekten memnun kaldık. Otel yerinde ödeme seçeneğini işaretlemiştim ama öyle bir ödeme seçeneği olmadığını söylediler. Neyse ki şanslı olduğum için odayı da başka birisi tutmamıştı. Ama burada otelde ödeme seçeneği var.
