Nice clean quiet hotel in an amazing location by the river and train station. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location near the train station, restaurant. The hotel is clean and good value of money.

Bonus - Excellent coffee available in the morning & flavoured water through the day.

Great location for the Berlin marathon.

Great location next to the train station and only minutes to Reichstag and other primary attractions. Rooms are on the small side so upgrade if you can. We had real issues whilst there with the lifts. One evening all three were out of actions. People having to walk up to 9th floor!! One lift out of action for the whole 5 days of our visit.

O quarto estava limpo, mas se a arrumadeira fosse num horário que você estivesse usando o quarto, voce teria que descer na recepção para pedir que arrumassem. Não trocavam as toalhas e toalhas pequenas e ralas. Não tinha nada a mais no banheiro como shampoo, condicionador, touca de banho, acessório para barba e etc., como nossa mala demorou 3 dias para chegar, tivemos que comprar tudo. Praticamente não tinha lugar para por roupas de um casal, como nossa mala demorou, ajudou. Café da manhã bem bom. Localização excelente

Good hotel in a great location. Close to most of the sights and plenty of restaurants nearby. Only one elevator was working when we stayed so it we needed to wait quite often. Breakfast was very good.

This is such an amazing find in Mitte! Great hotel - amenities, room, comfort, location, cleanliness, staff! Almost difficult to believe, after my other stays. I have noted it for my future stays as they have locations all over Europe.

Buena ubicación, buen desayuno, habitaciones amplias

The AC wasn’t working and so the room was extremely hot. I opened a window but moving the curtains brought so much dust into the room and on my open luggage. And it didn’t make a difference in terms of heat. The housekeeping staff kept knocking my door before check-out. I still had 10 minutes left so there was no need to be this persistent. Better to give space and let guests wrap up before they have to leave.

Amazin hotel and amazing location. Only thing lacked from rooms was laptop compatible safe locker.

Hôtel très bien situé à Berlin. Bel accueil. Chambre propre et de taille convenable. Avec un réfrigérateur. Je retournerai dans cet hôtel sans hésiter si je dois revenir à Berlin.
