服务很好，位置不错。暖气没有，吹风机不工作

飯店比我想像高級的多，距離科隆大教堂及車站也不遠，算是方便。早餐選擇多樣，房間舒適，服務人員也非常親切友善。若下次再來科隆會再選擇這邊住宿！

Die Unterkunft war sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und wurde regelmäßig aufgefüllt. Leider war der Straßenlärm kaum zu ertragen und die Wärme im Zimmer wäre mit geschlossenen Fenstern nicht auszuhalten gewesen.

War sehr zufrieden würde wieder buchen

A very nice and quiet hotel with a good location. Walking distance away from the trainstation with a lot of different activities close by. Koelmnesse was also a walking distance away from the hotel.

Une expérience pour le moins surprenante et dérangeante pour moi. Non pas par rapport à l'hôtel proprement dit (personnel confort propreté) mais du fait que, sans avoir été mise au courant, je me retrouve dans un endroit qui prône la religion chrétienne : bible et crucifix dans la chambre. Et je ne peux pas admettre cela.

Nice hotel and decent price. Room was simple and plain but good condition and clean. Stayed in worse (claimed) 4* in Germany. Didn't realise you had to hang a thing on door so room wasnt cleaned daily. No biggie but not mentioned when checking in. No fridge or mini bar. Booked 4 nights but managed a late flight after the third night so said to the receptionist i was checking out early. Mass confusion as he tried to find how to do this in his book without success.. he then told me "I'm not sure you can". Given i had paid the 4 nights and wasnt expecting a refund i laughed and said "i dont think you can stop me!" He then said he was new and only "been here year.." I bid him farewell and left.. 😂

Ruhige und zentrale Lage. Gutes Frühstück

The most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed. I'm not sure how they landed on a 4* rating, but I'd put this hotel at hostel level. The website photos catfished me into booking this dire accommodation. The lights in the room won't go out unless the key card is taken out of the slot, but then my phone won't charge...! When I called reception he answered my call with "yeah?". Vile, tired, horrible hotel. Avoid!

Albergo comodo, ben organizzato, molto vicino al Duomo, con stanza ampia così come il bagno, parcheggio dietro l'angolo (a pagamento) e personale molto cordiale e disponibile

Very comfortable place and very nice especially for the price.

Excellent location for downtown Köln, staff was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast buffet was a delight as well as the choices and staff.

Das Hotel ist sehr zentral gelegen 10 Min zum Dom und Zentrum. Das Preis- Leistungsverhältnis sehr gut.

Very convenient location, a ten minute walk from the Cathedral and main station. We arrived at 9.30 am, after leaving a river cruise, expecting to leave our bags in the luggage room, but our room was already available.

Spacious room, no fridge in room or jug to make a hot drink, you could get a hot drink in the foyer for 2Euro, breakfast average , 10 mins walk from railway station, wouldn’t stay there again due to having no fridge or jug in room

Das Maternushaus mit seinen Angestellten hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Schöne Unterkunft und sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Da die Unterkunft zum Glück klimatisiert war, brauchte man nicht das Fenster öffnen über Nacht, da es recht laut dort straßentechnisch zuging. Das inbegriffene Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker mit allem was man sich wünscht. Hauptbahnhof, Dom und Philharmonie sind sehr gut in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Temiz lokasyon guzel tekrar tercih ederim.

Praktische, unspektakuläre Unterkunft in der Nähe des Bahnhofs. Grüße Empfangshalle und mönchisch eingerichtetes Zimmer. Ruhig.
