Riktigt bra hotell, fantastiskt trevlig personal. Geografisk ligger det också bra till. Glöm inte att testa bastun och relaxen på vån 7, den var mycket trevlig och öppen varje dag.

Sehr zentral gelegen. Mitarbeiter sehr nett und freundlich.

It was a great hotel, good location, clean, beautifully decorated, and very friendly helpful staff.

La struttura è in buone condizioni, situata ad un centinaio di metri dal Check Point Charlie e da metro ed autobus veloci che permettono di raggiungere facilmente praticamente ogni punto della città. A parte un piccolo ritardo nella disponibilità della stanza rispetto all'orario previsto per il check in (gestito con disinvoltura dal personale), è andato tutto bene, con particolare menzione per la suite familiare che ha due enormi stanze separate, piccolo terrazzino, WC separato dal bagno con doccia e vasca, bollitore, macchina del caffè con cialde. Colazione ben fornita, forse un po' limitata, per gli standard italiani, la varietà della parte dolce comunque sufficiente. Apprezzata la macchina automatica che macina al momento i chicchi di caffè per un ottimo espresso. Presenti, infine, sauna e palestra accessibili gratuitamente, di cui non abbiamo fruito perché impegnati a visitare la città.

Godt hotel med god beliggenhed. Der lugter dog ret fælt på gangen og indretningen virker gammeldags, men betød ikke noget for os :)

Nice stay

Empfang war sehr kalt und unfreundlich. Wir hatten das Zimmer 405. Gebucht, so steht es auch in der Bestätigung inkl. Foto wurde ein großes Doppelbett im 30m2 Zimmer. Bekommen haben wir 2 zusammengeschobene Betten. Bei der Ankunft waren Haare und Brösel am Bett. Die Wäsche wurde mit murren gewechselt. Das Bad war verschmutzt und am Boden bzw. dem Teppich im Zimmer sind wirklich viele Flecken. Der Schmutz wurde abends als wir unterwegs waren entfernt und es roch als wir zurückkamen dann extrem nach Chlor und Putzmittel. Das Zimmer hat einen Minibalkon mit Aschenbecher. Das Zimmer roch von Beginn an nach Rauch und der Rauch steigt auch vom Garten nach oben. Eine große Freude hatten wir auch damit natürlich nicht. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man so ein Zimmer vergibt. Reisende freuen sich auf ein tolles Wochenende und finden sich dann in so einer Situation. Auch das Möbelstück auf welchem sich der Fernseher befindet war sehr staubig. Nachdem wir Bett und Bad schon reklamiert hatten war es uns die Aufregung nicht wert Weiteres zu bemängeln. Uns wurde nach der ersten Reklamation ein Getränk angeboten welches wir ablehnten, denn der Sinn wäre Zimmer vorab zu kontrollieren. Enttäuschender Aufenthalt. Bis auf die beiden Mitarbeiter die am 1. Abend an der Rezeption waren empfand ich das Verhalten derer die bei der Ankunft und beim Check out waren als sehr unprofessionell und unmotiviert. Hotel is okay but not great. No water in the room, AC is useless and cannot keep the room cool. Bed was one of the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. Front desk staff are friendly. Breakfast was the only tning that was above average. Wouldn't stay here again for the price point.

Le service etait excellent, rien a dire. Le personnel etait a l'écoute, le service de chambre pas du tout envahissant. Le seul bemol est la douche qui ne se reglait pas correctement et la machine a café defectueuse.

The location is perfect.The hotel itself and room is excellent and the staff are friendly,especially Juliet who’s very helpful and pleasant.
