隔音好差，廁所好細，位置遠離地鐵站，早餐麻麻！

房間是沒有空調，有點被騙的感覺，因酒店一般都是有空調的 幾個晚上一家都睡不好，應該在網頁特別註明，想換房沒有可能，其他訂房已滿。可是酒店地點理想，旁邊就是超市，往自助洗衣店也是10分鐘步程之內。

I live in this hotel between 7/20 and 7/24 with my family. You need to notice the behavior of "room cleaning staff" every day if you want to choice this hotel in your vacation. Because when I checked out, the "room service record" show we drink white wine and red wine. We just drink the white wine. I have complain this issue with front desk agent, but she still insist we had drunk the white wine and red wine. That fine... I pay first, because I don't have any time to complain this issue again and again. I need to leave and take the train. In addition, this hotel does not have air conditioning. Please notice this point If you want choice this hotel when the weather is in heatwave. Everything is fine, just complain their "room cleaning staff".

廁所非常小 排水管還堵塞 房間非常小 行李多的家庭不適合入住，來德國住20天這間是最差的體驗！！不建議入住！

地理位置方便，不管是去超市，去車站 ，五分鐘之內都走得到。 飯店本身不管事清潔度跟服務還有早餐都有一定的水準

Everything is fine at this price, only problem is , it's a bit far from the S-bahn and tram, if you have big family , I don't recommend you stay here without driving a car

Super awesome environment and in a amazing location!

La pièce est en bon état, mais pas du tout insonorisée. Malheureusement, on a eu une pièce à côté de l’entrée et entendu tous les bruits (escaliers, ascenseurs, couloir...). Peut-être à cause du coût du choix d’un hôtel relativement bon marché ? Choisissez et portez soigneusement les bouchons d’oreilles.

Dimitri welcomed us with a warm smile and he was there to wave us off this morning. Very clean room with a balcony, coffee machine and mini bar. The hotel is a short walk from Donnersbergerbrucke train station. Augustiner-Keller was approximately a 10 minute walk from the hotel and the city centre was also within walking distance to all the main attractions. I’d definitely stay here again and would recommend it.

Leider hat das Fernseher Programm nicht funktioniert da eine Reperatur an der Antenne war , das Bad ist etwas zu klein gewesen aber sonst für eine Nacht ging es

Leider entsprach der Aufenthalt in keiner Weise den gängigen Hotelstandards. Das Zimmer sowie die sanitären Anlagen befanden sich in einem Zustand, der sowohl unter technischen als auch hygienischen Aspekten als unzureichend bezeichnet werden muss. Folgende Punkte sind besonders kritisch hervorzuheben: Sanitäre Anlagen & Hygiene: Das Badezimmer wies deutliche Defizite auf. Die Toilette war bei Bezug nicht ausreichend gereinigt. Besonders besorgniserregend ist der sichtbare Schimmelbefall in den Fugen und an den Wandanschlüssen der Dusche. Zudem war die Dusche aufgrund eines komplett blockierten Abflusses nicht nutzbar. Zustand der Bausubstanz: Die Einrichtung wirkt stark abgenutzt. Anstatt professioneller Reparaturen wurden provisorische Lösungen gewählt (z. B. mit Klebeband fixierte Aufputz-Leitungen). Die Wände weisen zahlreiche mechanische Beschädigungen und mangelhafte Ausbesserungen auf. Akustik: Die bauliche Substanz bietet kaum Schallschutz. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig, was die Privatsphäre erheblich einschränkt und die Nachtruhe stört. Fazit: Aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit und des offensichtlichen Instandsetzungsstaus kann ich diese Unterkunft nicht weiterempfehlen. Hier besteht dringender Handlungsbedarf seitens des Managements, um die grundlegenden Standards der Beherbergung wiederherzustellen.
