Das Personal im Hotel ist überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Hotel ist super für Familien geeignet, es gab bei der Ankunft Geschenke und Süßes für die Kleinen. Vom Lärm der Straße ist im Zimmer nichts zu hören, selbst vom Zug der neben dem Hotel lang fährt. Nur das Frühstück und das Parken in der Tiefgarage ist völlig überzogen. In den Seitenstraßen gibt es gratis Parkmöglichkeiten und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind nicht weit entfernt. ÖPNV ist in der direkten Umgebung und in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Wer mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt möchte, der sollte im Parkhaus der Semperoper parken (super günstiger Tagestarif).

The area is quiet shady. We arrived lately and there were some gathering on the street. During day time, we realize there is almost nothing around and one stree behind is cementary. It's not recommend people who when there as tourist. The mini bar charges everything. Unfortunately, there were no microwaves as mentioned in the hotel.com web. Far away to the city center and the connection is not very conveniente.
With similar price, it is recommandable to stay intercity hotel which may give a free city transportation ticket.

A quiet, comfortable hotel not too far from restaurants. The a/c was not efficient and we found the room hot. The most disappointing thing was the attitude of the check in staff. We are from Australia and have been travelling for four years. There was no smile or greeting and we were made to feel quite unwelcome and uncomfortable. Sadly for these reasons I’m unable to recommend this hotel.

Front desk staff are very kind and helpful. Clean room ,comfortable bed with clean sheets and 2 pillows. Floors are clean and cleaned daily 👌 .
Sauna was a treat. And breakfast was delicious 😋. 10 minutes feom Airport. 2 minutes to the train although down town is near and in good weather is a pleasure walk where you have the shopping and coffee shops everywhere with great selection of pastry's...
We just loved every moment and definitely will come back.

This hotel is excellent for business or solo travel. Good location near a train station, great service, and some good amenities. I was a bit annoyed that the additional services like room service and ordering a bathrobe were not possible though.
