The location of the hotel was close to central station and the old town , breakfast was very good with wide variety despite being Easter bank holiday and full of kids on half term

Was in room 401 and the free wifi did not work in that room. I was traveling internationally and had to pay a lot of money for additional data. I was unable to get compensation for it from Novotel Nuernberg. Other than that, everything else was flawless. Staff were friendly and helpful, location is very close to Hbf, and rooms are solid.

I was expecting more of a 4 star hotel.

Convenient place from train station

Nice rooms, friendly staff, great bar with outstanding pizza- this is definitely our go-to hotel in Nuremberg.

Average stay, nothing wrong with the venue, but the hotel was not a standout.

What a nightmare stay. We got in at 4:30 for a 3:00 check in. The receptionist let us know our room may not be ready when we got there. Considering check in starts at 3 and it was past then. They called and confirmed our room was clean, gave us keys and off we went....to an uncleaned room with a bathrobe, used beds and bathroom. So we go back down and have to get another room. As a courtesy we were given two free drinks at the bar for the inconvenience (I did not ask for any accomodations for the initial room issue.) The room was very large but the pillows are a joke. They do not have any fill and are incredibly uncomfortable. The breakfast is an overpriced waste of money. If you are even able to get food without other guests or their children shoving you or literally pushing you out the way, the food is not worth the price (I recommend going to Alex nearby if you want breakfast). The pool was so overrun with screaming children jumping into the pool (and literally following around strangers while their parents ignored them) that we couldn't even use it. The gym is nice. Someone decided to break the weight machine our last day there and again there were a lot of children in a facility for 18 and older Finally the best of it all, the bartender in Christmas Eve is incredibly rude and disrespectful. He was yelling, aggressive and unprofessional to do due a miscommunication. No manners and screaming at a guest 15 minutes before Christmas, good job!NEVER STAYING WITH THIS GROUP

Conveniently located to public transport systems, also very walkable to town square. The room was large with plenty of space, but the pillows are SO flat and uncomfortable. Also room includes internet for only 3 devices; received a "ticket login"from front desk for the 4th but it only worked for 24 hrs.

Loved everything!!

We spent 2 nights at the hotel to experience the Christmas Market. The location was perfect as it was walking distance from the hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet each morning which had a huge and satisfying selection of both hot + cold choices. The parking at the hotel was convenient as well and was secure and had a hotel rate. Our room was spacious and had an additional sofa bed set up for us which was a nice touch and much appreciated.

Liked the pool. It's well maintained. Breakfast was good during the week but the weekends were overpacked, chaotic and stressful. Wifi was useless above the 1st floor. Felt like 2010 as you had to use the lobby to get service. Score F- . Not many restaurants close by. However the train station being so near was a Plus!

The hotel is located in a great location and the hotel restaurant is excellent. The staff are friendly and always willing to lend a helping hand. The housekeeping staff could do a better job and replace water and other mini-bar items on a regular basis.

We liked the location of the hotel. The room was clean and basic. Considering the train tracks were the view from the window, it was a quiet nights sleep. The 25 euro breakfast was okay.

The wifi is on and off, it is not possible to google anything by using hotel's wifi, it is unbelievable that a 3 star hotel is not able to provide a stable wifi to customers nowadays.

We had a great stay for the Christmas markets. The executive suite had a big and comfortable cot for our 1 year old and our 3 year old loved the sofa bed. Everyone was so happy that they slept really well. Our family normally doesn’t sleep so well on holidays with us all in one room - but on this occasion the kids loved the space so much they slept brilliantly. We stayed in room 402 and it had a great view of the trains coming and going at the main station. Great soundproofing too - couldn’t hear at all.
