Mein Zimmer war OK, leider sind die Fenster nicht sonderlich schallisoliert - daher war die nahe Autobahn leider stets präsent. Ansonsten war alles in einem guten Zustand. Schade, dass der TV nicht alle deutschen Sender bietet und nicht Smart ist. Der Saunabereich, besonders die dortigen Duschen, wiesen einige Schwachstellen auf: Temperatur nicht veränderbar, fast alle Spender leer... Die Frühstücksleistung war leider nur 0815 Standard und wenig ansprechend: trockenes Rührei, wenig Joghurtauswahl, Nürnberger Würstchen zu "durch", ...

Tolles Frühstück, tolle Zimmer. Einzig der Vorgang des Check-Ins dauert hier leider immer (zumindest die Male, welche ich eincheckte) etwas länger, aber alles im Rahmen. Bis zum nächsten Mal!

Très satisfaite de mon séjour, hôtel de très bon standing. Le seul problème rencontré est l'obligation, même à la borne, de régler 24h de parking (donc 17€) alors que nous ne sommes restés que 11 ou 12 h (donc maximum 13€ puisque 2€ la première heure et 1€ les suivantes, avec un maxi par jour de 17€)

Die Fenster waren nicht ganz schalldicht, was aber angesichts der Lage direkt an der Autobahn zwingend erforderlich gewesen wäre. Das hatte ich eigentlich auch erwartet…

Schone kamer. Leuke attentie op mijn kamer. Mooie lichte en moderne kamer.

Gutes Hotel, zwischen 2 Autobahnen, daher in allen Zimmern laut bei offenem Fenster. Dame an der Rezeption (Franc.) ziemlich unfreundlich, nachdem nach der ersten Nacht mein Zimmer ausgecheckt war obwohl wir für 2 gebucht und bezahlt hatten. Kollegin hat dann das Problem behoben.

Positive experiences at Radisson Blue. Receptionist Claudio was friendly at check-in, and we got a nice room. Receptionist Simon was very service-minded and, together with his colleague from Estonia, should be praised for being helpful in investigating various questions we had about parking, the area and a trip to Strasbourg. Negative experiences: After the first night, we found a small animal in the bed, and we were upset about that. Cleaning the edges behind the bed rail by the light panel was not done properly. We complained about it to Simon, who sent extra cleaning and offered free parking. At the entrance to the hotel, ashtrays are set up, so smoking hotel guests stand on both sides when you pass by. My husband has asthma, and we are both non-smokers, and therefore it is very unpleasant to have to go through cigarette smoke when you enter the hotel. We would suggest that you move the smoking area to another place than at the entrance to the hotel. Attached pictures for information. Kind regards from two hotel guests

Hotel, Ausstattung und Komfort sind sehr angenehm. Negativ sind hier jedoch die fehlende Kontaktmöglichkeit außerhalb des Hotels. Sobald sie aus dem Hotel sind und etwas vergessen haben sollten, ist es verloren. Kein Chance per Telefon oder Email jemanden zu erreichen. Schade, und ein Negativpunkt

Siisti hotelli, mutta sijainti palvelee vain sellaista matkaajaa joka aikoo lähteä motarille seuraavaksi. Hotellin ympäristössä ei ole mitään muuta.

Everything was perfect, but the bathroom needs to be modernized and replaced with new shower fixtures.

Fint hotell med allt man kan önska. Mycket trevligt bemötande vid ankomst, uppgradering, och fantastiskt god middag.
