The hotel was very beautiful and clean and it was very close to shopping and restaurants and connected to a shopping mall and it was easy to get around. It was a perfect spot and the front desk host were very polite and welcoming. I would stay here again

On 10'th - 13'th Mar 2019, We stayed 3 nights in this hotel, but room continues lost power 2 nights without any light, after notified no one to recover it, we only can can do is do anything in dark , it is very dangerous. When we checking out the front desk only shrugging and shows nothing to do with them, it is really the matter of bad manners

Ausgezeichnete Lage, freundliches Personal, sowohl am Empfang, als auch das Hauspersonal. Einwandfreie Hygiene.
Bei längerem Aufenthalt erweist sich das Mobiliar als sehr karg. Keine Schubladen, alle kleinen Notwendigkeiten stehen auf dem Nachttisch oder dem Tisch herum

Modern, new hotel in the city center, part of a mall. High standards in interior design and equipment in the room, cozy bed. Room equipped with everything I needed. Didn't like that shower just separated from the rest of the room with a transparent glass wall.
Excellent breakfast, friendly staff.
Rather expensive hotel for Mannheim standards. Better than the other hotels, but hard to say whether this is worth the way higher price.
