The hotel was great! Very clean. Friendly staff. Great location.
The room was a little stuffy and could not get ac to get cold enough. But had balcony doors for fresh air. Great stay.

The hotel itself is nice enough, but when I checked in to my room there were crumbs and fresh stains all over the carpets and furniture. They moved me into a different room and gave me free breakfast to be fair, but it took a hour and a half to resolve and the staff acted like I was wasting their time.
Don’t pay 5 star prices for 2 star service.

The Radisson exceeded my expectations. We had a suite with a balcony that overlooked the Spree River. The room was 5* star and the room service and food is 5 Star. Excellent food and the breakfast buffet was high end. I highly recommend staying here for those who enjoy the comforts of traveling.
