Altstadt zu Fuß erreichbar.

Cozy hotel with a very friendly and helpful staff in the middle of an incredibly charming city. Could have been more thoroughly cleaned and the bed/pillows were not the softest things you'll experience. We experienced great service and the location in the oldtown of Güstrow was lovely.

Gerne wieder

Bei meiner Ankunft gegen Mittag schien das Empfangspersonal sichtlich irritiert und machte den Eindruck, es fühle sich gestört. Kurz und knapp würde ich unter Verweis auf die Check-in-Zeit 15:00 Uhr wieder weggeschickt. Nach diesen Anlaufschwierigkeiten war aber alles bestens, die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, das Zimmer war sehr in Ordnung, das Frühstück reichhaltig... ich komme dann wohl doch wieder. :-)

Das Frühstück und die Lage waren perfekt.

Sehr laut. Kaum schlafen möglich. Der Schneeräumdienst hat die halbe Nacht Lärm gemacht obwohl nur ca.5mm Schnee gefallen sind.

Tolles Hotel und super netter Service. Alle äußerst Nett und zuvorkommend . Klasse Frühstück

Leider war es unter dem Dach sehr warm. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und gut.

Alles super. Preise der Minibar etwas überzogen. Für eine Schokoriegel 2,80€ ? Darf etwas mehr kosten, könnte aber eher ein toller Service Faktor sein mit angenehmen Preisen. Der Riegel mit 1-1,50€ würde sich fairer anfühlen.

Von Buchung bis Check out war alles einfach schnell , freundlich, bequem unproblematisch. Preis / Leistung / Sicherheit war top. für einen kurzen erholsamen Aufenthalt kann ich nur empfehlen . weiter so.

The hotel is but a short walk from the altstadt. It is nice and clean. However it claims to be a 3 stars superior hotel. To get this, the hotel should obtain the number of points for service, rooms etc. necessary for a 4 star hotel but not comply with all demands specifically demanded for a four star hotel. It was not possible to see how this hotel garni could have obtained points enough for 4* . There was no free toilet gear, no ac, no fridge or minibar. The reception closed at 8 o'clock. The room was average. This is a base 3* hotel, overpriced to the level of a high end four stars hotels.

Alles gut

Ein solides Hotel in der Altstadt von Güstrow. Ich habe bereits zum zweiten Mal im Ringhotel Altstadt übernachtet und werde es beim nächsten Anlass wieder tun. Empfang, Frühstück, Zimmer und Sauberkeit waren so, wie ich es erwartet habe: gut. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis ist angemessen. Abends noch in der Bar im Keller zusammen mit anderen Gästen einen Absacker getrunken - das war sehr angenehm und unterhaltsam. Weiter so!Saunabereich über dem Hof (also über den Außenbereich gehen) - war zwar nicht der absolute Hit - aber deutlich besser als nichts.

We have stayed in Gustrow many times over the years and usually choose another hotel, just out of the centre. This is a small hotel with small rooms. The Reception staff was very good and very friendly. The room was very small and the bathroom was even smaller. The bed was very hard, but the mattress was of good quality. The breakfast was not great. Limited hot food and not replenished very often. Personally, I would choose another hotel as this one did not offer the same quality of room or breakfast as the other one we stay in. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. It is just sad its let down by the room and breakfast.

Ich hätte mich gefreut, wenn im Zimmer eine Bibel (Grundausstattuing für alle Hotels) gelegen hätte. Das Zimmer war sehr klein.

Beliggende i centrum af Güstrow med flere gode restauranter indenfor få skridts afstand. Fremragende morgenbuffet. Venlig og imødekommende atmosfære.
