Wonderful hotel! Absolutely loved the room, both for comfort and incredible European air conditioning. A great variety of foods for breakfast. Easy parking garage options at average prices. Rooms were spacious and towels worked very well.

My only issue is that it was very difficult to find the parking the first time. The hotel entrance is in a tricky location but otherwise great hotel

Overall was really good, I was just disappointed that the buffet was fully set up as if the hotel was full when we were just a few guests. I would recommend that room service was provided or breakfast ordered the night before and prepared per each order. The amount of food that was displayed will end up in the garbage and that is sad.

It was one of the most establishments I’ve stayed in. The staff was so efficient, helpful, and very customer friendly. They answered every questions with enthusiasm and expertise. They make my stay very comfortable and definitely will be back because of the great service I received

The hotel located in old building that used to be pen factory. 4th floor doesn’t have elevators, you have to climb 30 stairs at least.
The room was dirty, spider nets on the light fixtures, tv almost on the floor, you can’t seat and watch tv, definitely not from the bed.
The crew communicated, but no results, only sorry and that’s what we have.
I’m sorry but it’s not the Sheraton network that I used to.

Nice hotel next to tram line to Central Station where you can go anywhere in Germany with very little effort. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much at the Sheridan and protect Lee thank the hotel staff at the breakfast dining room for their courtesy and kindness. Very nice experience

Nice place but the charge for internet use in your room at €90 per day is robbery, the bar is opposite the hotel and small and dark not the nicest place to sit and relax after work.

Food tray was still there next evening as they don’t clean as they should also they didn’t change towels and I requested new ones but they were just droped off left on top of the table and same with bed linings.
