I was at Freiburg for two nights visiting my friends. The hotel is easy to find and have great personnel. The receptionists are specially friendly and ready to assist. While traveling at the city, I have encountered business matter that needs a scanner and a printer. Thanks to the hotel's business corner. It allowed me to accomplish my mission (without charging me.) I really appreciated their help. The room itself is also big and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel. :)

Very comfortable hotel near the central of the city. When we ask the counter for help us about finding how we can reach other place, they are all very willing to help us. It's really warm for a foreigner traveler.

Kurzurlaub in Freiburg, dieses tolle Hotel im Zentrum gefunden.
Parkmöglichkeit direkt neben dem Hotel Zähringer Tor Parkgarage .
Frühstück ist absolut top da fehlt es an nichts.
Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 1. Stock bei geöffnetem Fenster hört man halt den Straßenlärm Sam Spaziergänger aber das ist im Zentrum so. Zu Fußist alles schnell zu erreichen. Top Lage.

The room was ok but they didn’t clean the room even if we stayed there for 3 nights. I know that in this part of Germany they ask you if you want to skip the cleaning but they did not ask us.

The hotel is close to the hill where we can reach easily for a pleasant walk. From the city centre is few blocks away and it is possible to go by walk.
As it was extremely hot during my stay, a small fan (no air conditioning) did not help a lot!
