Convenient hotel near the station on the quieter side. Old building, but in reasonable condition. Room very small but adequate for a one-night stay. Shower ok, but bathroom very small. Heating but no aircon. Comfy bed. No power socket near bed.

Location opposite Munich central station

Did not like anything at this property. The front desk staff was unfriendly, except for one older woman. The room was not as shown. So small, there was no water no coffee. it was so loud, even with closed windows, horns, yelling screaming outside loud traffic, constant noise.There was no free water or coffee anywhere. We stayed 2 nights and were promised a free drink if we did. not have maid service. We were told that did not apply to us. Only one good thing: The room was clean.

Well located hotel right at the beginning of old town I will definitely recommend this place

Cheap place next to the train station. Not fancy but clean. Helpful staff.

I was pleasantly surprised with this hotel so close to the train station. My room was small, but enough for one person who is traveling. It had a desk and an easy chair and modern bathroom. Good heating ( since it was winter) and an excellent breakfast for 14 euros. Helpful front desk staff. All in all I would stay here again.

Great location. Rooms basic but fine enough for couple nights

I stayed for just one night. Needed to be at the airport early the next day and it was quite convenient since a bus to the airport stops right outside. Thought it was a bit expensive for its accommodations but having the bus for me right there was it.

Location is spot on. Welcome staff. Simple but useful. Just a very short walk from station. And very close to the old town where you have shops and restaurants.

This hotel is right across from the main train station (Hauptbahnhof) in Munich. Such places are often not good value for money. The Sure Best Western was really good. We got the very spacious and clean Superior room. It had a desk with chair and a couch to sit on with room to spare. It cost 20 euros less than the place next door which was cramped and shabby.

The check in was wonderful and the bed was very comfortable; however, my room had absolutely no heat, in January... Central heat vent totally cold, no radiator.

The staff were amazing, always kind and helpful. Breakfast had great choices. Transportation was outside our door, along with restaurants and stores/bakeries. Overall one of the best locations I have ever stayed for a quick trip to Europe.

This hotel is ok for a short stay we are a family of 4 and we had a family room which was great it accommodated us with enough room for our 4 large suitcases however the family rooms are on level 7 and the lift goes to level 6 then you walk up 2 flights of stares with luggage it is a bit of a task. The wifi did not work well in the evening as it cut out. Service was good & friendly Rooms were serviced daily and were clean The area and people around the hotel is rough and can be a bit confronting at night however we did not have any issues. The train station across the road is a huge bonus when travelling to additional countries.

Reception at check in were helpful and friendly. Convenience of breakfast nice but not really worth the cost. Room was really small. TV on wall in inconvenient place. Kept hitting it when I walked by. Hotel located across from railroad station. Great convenience for us. We stayed two nights and really just slept as we attended Christmas markets so it was okay for us.
