Had a lovely stay for a long weekend with the family. We had 3 rooms between us which were all a good size, clean and comfortable. The hotel is a bit out of the city centre but there is a tram right outside which was useful. Breakfast was tasty and lots of choice. They make pancakes on request and I definitely recommend them! Staff were all very friendly. Especially wanting to say a massive thank you to Rando for going the extra mile to make the trip a special one for my in-laws 40th wedding anniversary!

Lovely hotel and rooms, the view of the city was brilliant from my room, staff very helpful and friendly, ideal for transport connections, I’ll definetley stay again when I come back to Berlin :)

I was very Impressed with this Hotel. The service was great the room was quiet and clean and the bathroom even had a bath as well as a shower. They really are helpful and it was great value for money. The location doesn’t have a huge amount of amenities though it does have a really good Italian restaurant nearby and a supermarket and chemist however the subway is literally outside plus the tram. You can get anywhere very quickly. I felt comfortable and safe, and everybody was friendly

Even if the hotel could be fantastic, it was not the case for me. Hairs on the floor in the bathroom, seal missing in the shower and therefore water leaking on the floor after each shower, no coffee in the room (forgotten during cleaning...), welcome at reception was quite cold, couldnt get the room as i was 30 minutes early, matress was not soft and i could feel hard part of the matress, tv screen was so dark that it was not possible to warch it. These are little things, the worst is the noise all night long. Couldnt figure out where it was coming from, i had to call reception at midnight and no change after all effort from the security guy. I gave up and bought ear plug for the following nights. A real pity as the room is huge, it could have been the best stay of my 10 days trip in germany. The lobby and bar are amazing. Personnel at reception the other days were nice.

Our room was boiling hot despite the air con being on. The room did not cool down in the 4 hours we were gone. The staff did however change our room, which was nice. Otherwise nice hotel, great drinks on the rooftop bar.

Great room for a great price

The spa is nice and refreshing. The rooftop bar, Loft14, is really cute and has a good view of Berlin.

Easy. Friendly staff. Tobias at the front desk was really helpful and charming. A great ambassador. The room was immaculate and very comfortable

Das Hotel ist perfekt gelegen am Nahverkehr und ermöglichst eine schnelle Anbindung an die anderen Stadtteile.

Das Know-how des Empfangspersonals kann deutlich verbessert werden. Wir haben ein Zimmer für drei Personen und zwei Nächte gebucht – bei Ankunft war jedoch nur für zwei Betten vorbereitet. Beim Check-in um 14 Uhr hieß es, dass die Zimmer erst ab 15 Uhr fertig sind. Doch selbst um 15 Uhr war das dritte Bett noch nicht gemacht. Für ein Hotel dieser Kategorie sollte man erwarten können, dass eine bestätigte Buchung mit der richtigen Anzahl an Betten vorbereitet ist. Positiv hervorzuheben ist die Sauberkeit des Zimmers, die einwandfrei war.

Wir waren für 3 Nächte im Hotel und es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Alle Wünsche wurden uns erfüllt und das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und kompetent. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber, das Frühstück reichhaltig und mit einer guten Auswahl. Saunabereich sehr groß und schön. Mit der Straßenbahn vom Bahnhof aus in 30 Minuten ohne Umstieg zu erreichen. Die Haltestelle direkt vor der Tür-perfekt für uns. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Berlin kommen, dann werden wir das Hotel wieder buchen. Empfehlenswert.

Leider hat für mein empfinden die Qualität der Unterkunft stark nachgelassen seid meinem letzten besuch! Es war nicht mehr so sauber und die Technik hat früher sich besser funktioniert (Klimaanlage lies sich nicht wirklich einstellen)

Parkhaus zu eng und zu teuer! Frühstück zu teuer. Klima kaputt.

Das einzige Minus war, dass bei Ankunft gesagt wurde, dass es eine Reinigung nur gibt, wenn man sie anmeldet. Und für die Anmeldung am nächsten Tag sei es halt leider schon zu spät..

The hotel location is great, close to S-Bahn and train station. Easy ride from Airport to Hotel. Also it's located in central Berlin which is very close to most of the museums. Great staff and nice rooms. You need to check out the roof top bar and the restaurant. Amazing view of Berlin.
