Very nice hotel. Clean and spacious room. A bit far from city centre with public transport

Easy entrance. Clean. But no air conditioning. The heating system wasn't enough in my opinion. When outside is around 1-2 degrees, even when full heating, it was a bit cold

The staff was super friendly and made me feel welcome at all times. Very big rooms . Enjoyed every minute of my stay.

In the middle of a run down, deserted industrial estate, with no other facilities in the area other than a number of lap dancing clubs. On the positive side, only a few minutes walk to the U-bahn on the U2 line with good links to the City and Airport. Maybe a sensible choice if attending the Messe Halles, rather than for tourists.

The room was exactly as promised and was clean and ready when I expected it to be. The property is a weird walk to the closest subway station (you pass by multiple adult entertainment venues and have to go through not the best-lit areas) but this is not entirely the fault of the property and may have been different for a man/group rather than a woman travelling alone. The staff were friendly if not the most helpful (there was a Bavarian holiday during my trip and they were not sure what would be open, which was a little disappointing as I would have appreciated some guidance). If you know your way around Munich/Bavaria, I imagine this would also not be an issue. The hotel is also a bit outside city center (something I knew when booking, and was not unpleasantly surprised by) but this would have been an issue if I were not familiar with public transport/had cell service to find my way around. All in all, I had no issues with the hotel itself, and would recommend it.

Nice hotel in Munich. There's not a whole lot nearby, and is about a 10 minute walk to the nearest subway station. The room was comfortable.

Check-in was painfully slow due to a large group with a bus tour checking in at the same time. Long queue while checking-out as well. Wi-Fi didn't have adequate signals in the room to be useful. Rooms were clean and well furnished.

This is not 4 stars hotel

Overall really enjoyed my stay. Clean, comfy beds, friendly staff. Just a heads up for Americans - there’s no AC and the window doesn’t open very much. I visited during the summer and there was not a lot of air flow.

It was relaxed, with friendly staff, and clean, practical rooms. Light and airy too.

No ac was a shock. Room was nice. Don’t accidentally book the wrong date or you will be stuck with it they won’t refund it at all. Even if you told them an hour after you booked and weeks in advance. Terrible service

Overall, it is a very comfortable place to stay in and quite convenient especially if you have a car. I would say the hotel feels more like a 3 star rather than a 4 but still it is very clean and comfortable. I will for sure stay here again.

Nice stuff but pls check whether your room has air condition… It can be very hot -29 degrees and more

Lovely hotel and great price for the stay. Convenient breakfast with choice but not worth the price.

Great location, but we had room with view to parking, there was noise all night but we needed to sleep with open window as there is no air condition and it was too hot in the room. Location is great, close to metro, safe and you can park at the street for free. I just believe the price was too high due to the Adele concert and the hotel try to profit from the location.

Nice cozy part of München, the building is old but the inside is nice, lack of AC in the rooms was kind of annoying but it happened to be cool out and was raining so the window provided that. Complimentary tea was also quite nice.

The hotel is nice, clean and newer. We had connecting rooms and stayed 2 nights. Staff is nice. Problem was that I stayed here because they had a laundry room but it’s only open from 9-5. Which didn’t help me at all which was unfortunate.

Quiet and clean.

Great place to stay, it felt a little sketchy since it was in the middle of nowhere but never felt unsafe
