It was good

Thinking of having a serene environment to meditate and relax with yourself and the family, then look no further.Feel the river!

It was pleasant until we were disturbed late evening and early morning (4am) by a church group.

You pay 50% more than the actual price at the hotel. You don't get the rooms or equivalent for what you booked. You can get a better price at better price.

Rack of customer service. They were willing to challenge the customer when they were told some negative comments.

It was not so good. We slept in darkness, can you just imagine? A big hotel like this tells me their get set failed!! That is crazy. The breakfast too was not the best. Less variety to choose from. No serials for starters.Ok

My stay was great until it was time to checkout. While we were getting our things together I heard a knock on my door and it was someone from the reception who wanted to talk to me. He was requesting for more money because the room they gave us was more than what we paid for, I just had to hold my peace because I didn’t want to mess up my great vocation. I told him that I did not ask for a room change or an upgrade so since that was the first room we were taken in I don’t owe anything. I was very disappointed and advised them not to do that to anyone again, because if your staff made a mistake giving us the wrong room they should have moved us the same day and not wait 2days later for more money. I paid a $100 a night for my stay so I don’t know how much more they wanted for the room,I didn’t ask because I was disgusted by the whole thing.

Anlage ist sehr gepflegt, sehr schön, Zimmer top, Bett bequem, aircon super essen lecker

Leider begann der Aufenthalt mit einer Enttäuschung, das von uns gebuchte Chalet war vergeben und wir wurden trotz heftiger Beschwerden in ein anderes nicht gleichwertiges Zimmer gesteckt. Erst nach mehrmaligen Beschwerden -der Manager ließ sich nicht blicken- wurden wir immerhin mit einem Drink entschädigt. Die Chalets sind schön, wenn auch schon ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Das Gelände ist hübsch und gepflegt, am Anleger kann man ein Boot mieten. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich, Auf Nachfrage von uns,stellten die Frauen aus der Küche kreativ einen Geburtstagskuchen her. Der Teil am Fluss ist zur Zeit ein bisschen Baustelle, da müssen die Planken neu gemacht werden. Meine Empfehlung: trotz Bestätigung der Buchung durch Expedia würde ich immer noch mal vorher telefonisch nachfragen!!!

Our arrival was tricky as, despite pre-paying, the hotel had not received our Booking and it was full. However the owner himself got involved and we were found two ‘emergency’ rooms and given a delicious lunch on the house. The rooms were not as good as the main ones but they couldn’t have done more. The following day we were relocated to excellent rooms and the only hot showers in our 2 week stay in Ghana. I had stayed here on previous visits but since then there has been lots of refurbishment and upgrade. The bathroom was particularly good! The gardens are delightful and food excellent. We were well looked after by an attentive staff team. I think this is good value as hotels in Ghana go and a beautiful location on the banks of the river - very peaceful.

Assolutamente l’hotel con il peggior rapporto qualità prezzo, la camera è piccola, il bagno con la porta che non si chiude talmente è piena d’acqua e vecchia, i tempi del ristorante lunghissimi e la passerella per vedere il lago distrutta, peraltro pericolosa con dei bambini perché senza protezione. 80 euro sono estremamente eccessivi, forse meno della metà sarebbe il prezzo giusto.

The place is nice but management was too poor. The water barely reach to our bathroom, there was no pressure and no hot water. The towels were old. The food was good but on a 3 day stay, at second day lunch they didn´t have almost anything from the menu...

Our disappoint was in reservation - called twice after booking and couldn't get confirmation of Expidia booking - I paid Expidia and hotel insisted they checked with Expidia and I had not paid while I am showing on my iPad Expidia app receipt collected by Expidia. Shame on you Expidia this complaint is being made often by your customers to this hotel and you do not warn them to stop trying to double collect from customers. I was very upset by the whole ordeal. The hotel was using a workers cell phone and had no working Computer to check on the Expisia web site.

Splendid view of riverfront. Temperature below normal, due to close to river. So in general good, except one tiny woman in reception that obviosly didn't attend any service excellence lessons.

It was very comfortable hotel. Staff were very kind. Although we had dinner at the hotel restaurant, we could not enjoy fully. Because they did not enough have food and fish etc., so that the menu which we could choose was limited. But the taste was so tasty.

The resort is located in a very serene area.The reception staff were very helpful. Gave me all the assistance i needed. Room very spacious.Some damp areas on the wall.Producing fungal smell.Beddings very clean.TV, working well.Multichannel. The food from the restuarant was nice and lovely. Staff are very quick to response to queries. The hotel ground lawns were all well laid. Overall its very nice resort to get away from the hustle and bustle of the capital.

POOL WAS OKAY. RESTAURANT SERVICE ABOVE AVERAGE.BREAKFAST SUPERB. BATHROOM TOO SMALL. RESPONSE TO COMPLAINTS TOO SLOW.NO TELEVISION CHANNELS NOT EVEN LOCAL ONES.

I made a reservation for this hotel online and after 3 hours of travel I arrived at the hotel only to find out that the reservation I had made was not kept. All of the rooms had been booked and the front desk supervisor refused to work with me. He told me there was nothing he could do and that he called all of the hotels in the area and there were no other rooms available. He refused to refund my money and advised that I follow up with the online booking site. In my view, it was not my fault that the booking company and the hotel did not have clear communication. I am currently still seeking a refund and very frustrated with the hotel and the booking site.
