I booked this hotel for 3 guests and my booking said it was for 3 twin bunk beds. However when I arrived they only had one bed reserved for me in a room that had 3 bunk beds (all the other cots were taken) and I had to find another place for my two friends to stay. Agoo staff helped me find another place with no problem, but I wish they had reviewed the booking to see that it was for 3 people since that was clear on my end. The facility is lively but the air conditioning is weak and my room was hot all night. The location is ok not the greatest. I’d recommend it if you just need a place to crash for a night or two because it’s cheap, breakfast was good, and staff are friendly, and if you don’t mind warm sleeping conditions.

It was a very good hostel. I enjoyed my stay, the people I met and the staff. The area was not ideal, however, you will find that in Accra there are more expensive hotels in worse areas than Agoo. I will go back and I would recommend it. I also really enjoyed Accra.
