This property advertised that they provide transportation to/from airport. This is a lie. The do nt provide transportation to/from airport. I went as far as to have an expedia agent speak directly to the hotel the day before i arrived to confirm that i would be picked up and the hotel confirmed i would be picked up but no one was at the airport to puck me up fron the hotel. I was hassled and harrassed by multipme cab drivers st the airport while waiting to get picked up.. I finally called the hotel after waiting for an hour and was told i was not going to be picked up. I ended up having to endanger my life by getting in a cab with a stranger by myself, a single fe.ale. in a strange country. Thst was the scariest experience of myife. I was afraid/scared deinately traumatized by this incident. No explanation was offered, apologies made or attempts made to compensate me for the inconvenience. Yo make matters worse. When it was time for me to leave and i enquired about a ride back to the airport o was told transportation is not provided. This hotel loes about services it offer

This is not a luxury hotel. It is listed as luxury but it is not clean. There was a lot of confusion with pricing in the restaurant. Air conditioner and hot water worked well. They need to practice better hotel hygiene though.

THE HOTEL WAS DESCRIBED AS BEING 0.5 MILES FROM ACCRA MALL WHICH IS THE REASON I BOOKED IT AS I WANTED A LOCATION WHICH ALLOWED ME TO WALK TO THE MALL EACH DAY.THE HOTEL IN FACT WAS APPROXIMATELY 5/6 MILES FROM THE MALL WHICH TOTALLY MADE IT UNSUITABLE FOR MY PURPOSE AND RESULTING IN ME SITTING IN TAXIS FOR UPTO 2 HOURS EACH DAY AND INCURRING TAXI COSTS. THE HOTEL ADVERTISE A SHUTTLE TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT BUT ON DEPARTURE SAID THE BUS WAS IN THE GARAGE FOR REPAIR BUT REFUSED TO PAY FOR MY TAXI TO THE AIRPORT WHICH I FELT WAS POOR SERVICE. THE HOTEL ITSELF IS FINE BUT ON THE BASIS OF THE MISDESCRIPTION AND LACK OF WILLINGNESS TO FACILITATE MY RETURN TO THE AIRPORT I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL.

This place was fine. Abit far from most everything, but all in all, it was fine for the price.

Exactly what I was looking for: affordable, clean, pleasant staff, good food, good service. It was a normal place run by normal people in a normal neighborhood. The wait staff were very flexible and very kind. I will be returning to this hotel on my next visit to Accra.

The room was mosquitoes and roaches. I asked for spray to spray the room and the hotel couldn't get me a spray or buy one. The shuttle was to pick me up at 10 to head to the airport and they came late and I missed my flights because of that.
