Wifi ( internet) in camera inesistente. Acqua calda camera: per fortuna che siamo in Africa è le temperature permettono la doccia anche fredda. Pulizia della camera ottima. Colazione ; adatta per chi cura la dieta dimagrante.

The hotel staff was very good. The room is small I& bed was small. Not close to any malls or stores

This hotel is in Tessano north of Accra centre. It is a very quiet area. It takes about 20 min downtown with a taxi. The price is reasonable, internet is working and the staff is friendly. The area is exellent for a morning stroll, there is a local market 10 -15 min walk from the hotel. A good place to stay for work. There are local shops nearby selling water and snacks.

Ok om man har business i närheten. Inget gym, svajig el, svajigt internet, poolen var nog inte rengjord på månader. Ok bar och service men inget märkvärdigt. Hård säng, dåligt tryck iduschen. Funkade för min vistelse men tyvärr inte värt priset i min mening.

I would only recommend this hotel if you have a car and are in and out of the hotel and not at all looking to stay longer than a few hours. Otherwise, pay the extra money and choose something a little better !

Nothing at all special. The area is so quiet at night with nothing around there at all. Fortunately taxis do stop by to rescue you if needed.

Bin zum zweitenmal für eine Nacht in diesem Hotel gewesen. Die Ankunftszeit der Flüge aus Europa liegt immer in den Abendstunden, dadurch ist eine Weiterfahrt nach Kumasi (Wohnort meiner Tochter) erst am nächsten Tag möglich. Das Hotel ist sauber, hat einen abgeschlossenen Hof (wichtig) mit Parkplätzen und bietet ein ordentliches Frühstück. Leider war der Pool - wegen Wassermangels - dieses Mal nicht befüllt.

The dining room hostess was very sweet and kind. Very nice person. Bathtub wad in a little downhill so when I took a showerthe water ran out of the tub. It was a very nice place to stay. I will stay there again.

Unless willing to pay a premium price in Ghana for a hotel room, expectations should be realistic. This hotel (note there are two locations about a block apart; I was in #2) was quite good in comparison to most comparable hotels in other parts of Ghana. I was happy to return to this hotel at the end of my tour of the country. By developing country standards, it was clean, regularly had hot water, the air conditioner worked well, and the staff were generally accommodating. The internet connection was good, though, understandably, at times the server was slow to load pages. The hotel is located in Tesano, a sort of suburb of Accra, which is close to the airport (20 minutes in light traffic; 45-60 during rush hour). The area is sparse as far as things to do, but has some shops to meet basic food and drink needs. It's a fairly quiet section of the city, set in a mostly residential area. If going to Ghana, note that getting an MTN SIM card will allow you to receive incoming calls from the US (and possibly Western Europe?) for free.

In Accra hotel prices are expensive probably due to a lack of available rooms. This hotel is quite clean but there were a lot of shortcomings- eg leak from the bath, shower curtain wraps around the person who is taking a shower, safe not working, light not working etc.

Das Hotel haben wir schon mehrmals besucht, ausgezeichnete Hotel mit Pool , der service des reinugungspersonals und der gaststätte sehr gut. Service bei der Rezeption ist immer unfreundlich, die Bezahlung mit VISA-CARD wird angeboten, aber nicht realisiert, weil die Mitarbeiter nicht wissen wie es getan wird. Wir hatten Zimmer 101 und empfehlen allen neuen Reisenden diieses Zimmer zu meiden, die betten stehen direkt an eine dünnen wand zum Treppenhaus, wir hatten bis 1.00 nachts ständig Geräuschen vom Flur und konnten nicht einschlafen, Reisende kommen und gehen, und am ende das Prsonal mit lauten Gesprächen, am Morgen 4.00 beginnt alles von vorn.

Nice staff. The pool is old but swimmable. There is a pool bar with a limited drink menu, but in Ghana you mainly drink beer. Only the Executive rooms have balconies not all rooms as advertised, but that's okay if the power goes off. The emergency generator storms the balconies. Our bathroom was clean, but had a smell of sewer gas, but an open window took care of it. Rooms are large and comfy. Not a bad budget hotel. The local market around the corner sells bottled water cheap.

Very helpful staff. Had to change rooms due to lack of shower curtain in Room 303, however. Insufficient hot water for full shower. Would be nice if pool had a shallower end connected to the deeper waters. Didn't find any real interesting activity within walking distance of hotel.

Gutes einfaches Hotel für Geschäftsreisende. Die Küche ist regional aber sehr gut, der Service ist gut, die Zimmer sehr sauber. Der Pool ist ungepflegt nicht gut. Es wird die Bezahlung mit Kreditkarte angeboten, aber die Reception ist meiner Ansicht nicht in der Lage dazu, sie schieben die Problem auf das Internet, aber ich denke, sie sind nicht qualifiziert, die Zahlung mit Kreditkarte wird verweigert, obwohl angeboten wird.

Terrible food and food service. The staff does not understand how to take instruction and the food is all the same.

gutes Hotel ghanaischen Mittelklasse, guter Service und gute Küche. Das Frühstücksangebot sehr gut. Die Küche sehr langsam, das wird in der Menükarte schon angkündigt. Die Zimmer mit gutem Komfort, man kann dieses Hotel etwas außerhalb des Centrums empfehlen, weil der Preis gut ist. Der Pool ist ungepflegt und klein.

Very good service, quiet, confortable, safe. I recommend it. Very functional and reasonably priced.

I didnt give the maximum of 5 because there were two problems: 1. The phone number indicated in the reservation confirmation was wrong! I couldn't inform the hotel on the arrival that the aircraft came earlier. Nobody from the hotel was there. I had to pay the taxi for the hotel. 2. Internet access in the hotel was not always perfect. Sometimes I had to insist to have the connection.

Gutes Mittelklassehotel für Geschäftsreisende. Der Service in Zimmer, Restaurant und Poolbar ist sehr gut. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet kontinental. Es gibt Kontinentalkost, aber gute Qualität. Die Zubereitung dauert immer etwa 30 - 40 Minuten, Dafür kann man aber auch alles auf der Karte empfehlen. Die Bedienung ist höflich und sehr gut. Beim Checkout gibt es bei Kreditkarte immer Schwierigkeiten, ich habe das jetzt mehrere Male erlebt. Dem Personal an der Reception fehlen die Kenntnisse und Fertigkeiten um mit Technik und Kontakt zur Überprüfung der Zahlung fertig zu werden. In anderen gößeren Hotels in Accra geht alles geregelter von statten.

Nice and Cozy. Staff are warm and courteous. location is not exactly central but pretty serene and relaxing
