This hotel was excellent in every way. I am especially grateful for the NIGHT RECEPTIONIST. He was very helpful and accomodating

The gaps inside the bedroom are not safety. Easy to fell if you do not pay attention to the gaps

The hotel was quiet, clean and safe. Sam was amazing! We will stay there on our next trip.

The rooms are very large best features . the night clerk Samuel was the only reason for we didn’t consider leaving and the other 2 male staff are exceptional . the day female staff are lazy , beds weren’t made no toilet paper in rooms unless asked

No hot water to take a shower.

The property was nice but very dated, old. The power went out daily. The staff was polite, friendly and helpful.

Took us 20 minutes to gain entry to the hotel on arrival at 11.15pm as staff were asleep. Reception guy had no idea of our booking as was unable to reboot his computer. He eventually rang his manager and we were assigned a room some 50 minutes after arriving. Breakfast is continental but only consisted of omelette and toast, pancakes not available oh and fruit on the odd occasion which becomes tiresome after 1 week. There is one sunbed around the pool which is old and no umbrellas. Only had 1 meal in the 2 weeks which was delicious but order way before your ready to eat. Room was spacious, had to ask for toilet roll a couple of times and a towel. Lovely quiet area with nice views down to Accra. Noone on reception to check out with or to help with cases and open the gate. Staff quietly pleasant but only talked if spoken to, Customer service not quite there but hotel is perfect for those staying for a couple of nights in peaceful surroundings.

Great staff. I feel this is an excellent place whenever you are looking for a place to lodge. It has great views of the city on the mountains. Worth the price

Decent stay. Breakfast could be better. Tv didn’t work in room. No other alternative was given. Lavatory water had brown tint. Hotel security needs to improve..they allowed an uninvited guest to linger around the property until I came out my room. I made it clear I wasn’t expecting a guest, but the lady insisted I come downstairs to acknowledge the individual. I did not like that one but. Other than that it wasn’t terrible.

Didn’t meet our expectations at all. Not worth the price! No functional standby generators. Upon arrival, the room wasn’t well cleaned, same for the bathroom. There were mosquitoes in the room as well. The pool a dirty, looks like the water hadn’t been changed in a long time. We suffered power outages at least 4 times and we had to just go out rather than stay in the heat. The annoying thing is, there was no communication whatsoever from the staff or hotel management. We had to pester them with calls just to find out what they were doing about the situation. From outside it looks 5 star, nice & plush but once you’re there It’s not even a 2!

I absolutely loved the staff service. The room was clean but smelled stuffy. I didn’t like the food🙁 Everything else was superb! ✨

Great customer service from the staff. The property has a lot of work to do when it comes to the facilities and amenities. The water pressure was terrible, barely any water coming out, then eventually it stopped for a whole day. There was no water. Old rooms with barely any renovations.

Renovation needed. Poor lighting in rooms , wall cracks and old stuffs
