Extremely difficult to find.

This was my second stay here. Decent hotel, great service. They can pick you up from the airport. My driver was the best.

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was big and comfortable, which was great!! The room was cleaned. I especially love the receptionist and all the hotel staff. The receptionist and the staff were exceptionally helpful. The room attendant was so helpful n responded to us quickly and efficiently. I give this hotel high recommendations for their beds and staff!!

the hotel is far from airport, no airport shuttle. water was not readily available during bath time, only got water after reporting. so I recommend that the hotel whatever guest need to make his/her stay comfortable should be in order before arrival.

Friendly, welcoming, helpful staff. The hotel is a bit out of the way but it is perfectly adequate and acceptable. Pick up was arranged by the hotel in a commercial taxi which was fine as the evening was cool but could be annoying if it was a hot day.

This is a good moderately priced hotel in a residential area requiring a 15-20 minute taxi ride to Accra's downtown sites like the museum, craft market and gardens. We found it to be good value overall for our family of four since we required two adjoining rooms and the price was lower than the big chain hotels.The restaurant is too small to be helpful so we ate out though they will boil you an egg for breakfast. Staff were prompt and attentive. A/C functioned well and there was a fridge and kettle. The bathroom facilities were fine though towels were rarely clean enough for our North American standards. They found us a taxi driver (Michael) to take us around and he was able to come whenever we wanted to go out. He didn't overcharge and was quite an polite though his English was not great. Internet functioned quite well by local standards. The biggest problem was arriving at night from London since there is no airport shuttle and the hotel signage is poor. You'd have to have to choose your taxi driver carefully and have him call the hotel for directions. There was construction noise starting around 8:30 am but at least they are improving the slightly run down facilities. Lighting was not bright enough in the room.The gym didn't seem usable and the pool was very small so don't stay there if that is important to you. However, for a clean and relaxing place to stay for a few days the hotel was good value.

They had my booking and the room was ready. They arranged airport pickup for me and it was prompt and for the price they quoted. But for what they charge per room free shuttle should be included. It was adequate but not really very near the airport. Food overpriced and nothing nearby. The staff were all competent and friendly.

We were unable to find Hotel Elegance. Phone calls were not answered and the directions were useless. Once my son finally found the hotel, only because the sign was lit after dark, he said that it was very nice and the management very helpful.

We enjoyed our stay! The staff were friendly and accommodating, our room was clean and the breakfast simple but good. The wifi worked fine. The hotel is located next to a school in a residental area, which was interesting to see - but not a lot to do. But: Make sure to note both phone number and name of neighborhood, as taxi drivers had a hard time finding the hotel.

I was very disturbed with the lack of attention to my concerns. At the first i was given the wrong room, then when getting to the right room. The sheets had blood stains on them. After letting staff know the sheets were changed but again the following day after housekeeping did their daily cleaning i return to the room and had sheets with bloods stains on them again. The asked to speak with the manager upon my arrival and everyday i was there, but there were no supervisor to be found. There is a laundry list of problems at this place. I will never return or recommend anyone to stay here.

Das Hotel ist sehr schwer zu finden. Trotz gebuchten 2 Kings Betten hatten wir nur eines, und das in einem sehr kleinen Zimmer. Trotz Nachfrage an der Reception war nichts zu ändern. Die Bettwäsche war noch sehr dreckig? Für 2 Personen war nur ein Handtuch da? Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr übersichtlich.

This hotel is in a nice and quiet location with secure parking available. The standard room on the ground floor is across the hallway from the restaurant, the room is a good size, nicely decorated and no problems with the wifi in the room. The staff are friendly and helpful, laundry service was quick and reasonably priced. Good selection for breakfast. For the evening meal, some items on the menu were not available but the chef was good coming up with alternatives and made a very nice meal. The pool was very small and clean. Travelling on my own I felt safe and would stay here again but take a deluxe room on the upper floor.

Situé hors du centre ville (15-45 min selon les embouteillages), l'hôtel n'est pas isolé pour autant et l'on trouve dans le voisinage quelques boutiques, bars/restaurants, distributeur de billets. L'hôtel possède une petite piscine (difficile d'y faire des longueurs) agréable; les chambres sont équipées de sdb-wc, tv, frigo, wifi. Le menu du restaurant est un peu monotone mais l'ensemble du personnel de l'hôtel est accueillant, serviable, très disponible. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix à Accra.

I could not have been more happy with my stay at Horel Elegance. The crew is lovely and the rooms are very good considering the price. Thourough cleaning everyday and I always felt comfortable around the place. For me it was a perfect base for seeing Accra, a nice hideout in a hectic and interesting city.
