Customer service is brilliant and overall the hotel is clean. I stayed in a standard room which was clean, had air conditioning, clothing storage, additional seating and toiletries provided. However no coat hangers were provided, no mosquito net and there are no bedside electric outlets for charging mobile etc. The food was mediocre but edible and the restaurant itself is very dated. The menu is very, very basic and not suitable for vegertarians/vegans. Generally a clean, simple hotel which meets all the basic needs required for a hotel stay.

Very clean property. I was worried about the a/c but I ended up needing to wear pajamas to be not cold. 😀 lots of restaurants in the area and safe to walk. Short taxi ride to the beach. I’d stay there again if I go back to Accra!!👍👍

Fautina and Albert were amazing! Such friendly faces greeting all guests day and night. I truly appreciate that they responded to any concerns and were very attentive.

Close to Oxford Street, the major shopping and entertainment area in Osu.

Overalll the property was clean, the staff was friendly and ready to help when i had questions.

The service by the staff was second to none. The room was comfortable.

Deborah the receptionist is an absolute asset to this hotel. Apart from her the hotel is disorganised and unprofessional. This hotel is not cheap to stay at yet the water cut out three times within a 2 weeks day resulting in after having bucket washers. The breakfasts are mediocre at best and when you make requests even get back to you as to whether or not your request as possible. The internet is not the best and there electricity cut-out without warning as does their water supply. On the day we checked out we couldn't have have a shower until 12 p.m. as there was no water to do so. If we hadn't have paid to extend the room for the day how could we have left the room without washing in a hot country before 12pm. Each time we went without water there was no proper apology or explanation. We had to move three times in three days; the first room the air conditioning started leaking, the second room the mattress kept on dipping and they would just flip it over like that was a remedy. The third room was much more acceptable but there was a bath for me that we were not allowed to go out on because it was unsafe and the windows didn't lock. What is this hotel is ok if you just want somewhere to stay for a night or two but for a 2 weeks day you're only be disappointed.

Good for 1-2 nights only. I wouldn’t stay more than that. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean, with a good bathroom and a/c unit. Close to Oxford street in Osu, with all bars and restaurants near. However, Even though It’s off oxford, the street can sill be as noisy as Oxford. So bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper or want to take naps during the day. I did not eat at the location because I only spent one night thus no comment on The free breakfast.

I liked the breakfasts. I also iked the professional courteous staff. I didn't like how the water temperatures changed when showering.

The location is not ideal. Too noisy!! Property need upgrade. Restaurant food is too expensicve.

It is comfortable and location is close to many attraction areas, easy to catch taxi. Rooms was clean and nice view to city. Friendly customer services and lovely talking to mostly of the people working there. Service was great. The room includes microwave, refrigerator but would have nice to have kettle.

Nice quiet area close to Oxford Street, which is full of dining choices and local pubs.

Amazing as always...

The water completely left, there wasn't a drop in any room, so they couldn't even move me.The staff only responded with buckets of water for bathing and flushing the toilet. It was more than a day situation, and I had to leave.. Days later I met a couple who was staying there and they said they had no water in the hotel at the time I saw them. It seems it's a reoccurring problem. I left because of this and I have yet to get management to agree to refund me for the nights I didn't stay there due to this issue. The hotel presents well but this inconvenience is unacceptable and I cannot recommend it.

Wonderful option for Accra. Great location in Osu, close to restaurants, shops and the beach. The staff are great and the hotel is wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful gem of a hotel in accra. Centrally located in Osu and a few minutes walk from the shops and restaurants of Oxford Street. Great WiFi, lovely clean rooms, hot water and great staff. All for a brilliant price. What’s not to love!

Great budget option for Accra. Centrally located in Osu which has plenty of shops, supermarkets and some of the best restaurants in town. The staff are lovely and couldn’t do enough for you. The room is spacious with a decent sized bed and ample hot water. WiFi is great also. Couldn’t fault it and would definitely stay again.

Amazing

This hotel has good Wifi, that’s about it. Some will say it’s location near Oxford St is good but it’s on a very loud side street that’s away from the restaurants and bars you’d want to frequent. I was awakened at night by honking, screaming and roosters. The room was dirty, missing items like toilet paper and generally unpleasant. Breakfast was hot dogs and a piece of bread. There are also no safes in the room and the hotel posts all these warnings that your things will be stolen if not handed over to the front desk. I left after 1 night and I’m a frequent Africa traveler that’s slept in barns, tents and hostels- all better than this place.
