This was the most terrible place I’ve ever booked. Words cannot describe my experience. Dirty and disgusting place with roaches all over. I hope they closed down and remodel the place.

The hotel was not as described or in pictures it was Roach infested, dirty and window unit air was terrible. I had to keep asking for them to turn the water on to bathe or wash my face or even brush my teeth. Two nights my room didn't get cleaned or no breakfast. They kept wanting to spray the room for mosquitoes as i thought, but it turns out it was for roaches😡 As i told them i didn't come with them and dont want to take them either. Had i known i could have left early i would have. Some of the employees were great, Ben and Thomas were excellent, but unfortunately i will NEVER go here again. The absolute WORST TRIP I'VE EVER BEEN ON😡😡

I was not comfortable there at all. I departed after only one night and moved to a different location at a higher price, but better accommodations.
