The staff was everything. Kind, attentive and thoughtful. The hotel is absolutely adorable with finely appointed rooms.

Great hotel in Corfu, fantastic staff, comfy bed & delicious breakfast!

This was one of the best hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The staff is so attentive to detail, everything is clean, serene and they truly want to ensure the best visit. Breakfast was included and made fresh daily by their wonderful chef. They were so helpful with local information and transportation. I would stay here again and again.

Beautiful and friendly boutique hotel with attention to detail. Our bags were brought in, we were upgraded, beach towels provided, only a short walk to a beach club and the old fortress. The bed was so comfortable with a relaxing lavender pillow spray on hand. Tv had YouTube and Netflix. The breakfast was delicious and served to our table.

Fantastic boutique hotel where attention to detail is paramount. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave the staff cannot do enough for you. The hotel is 25 mins walk into Old Corfu town and less than 10 mins taxi ride from the airport. The sea is 5 mins away as are a number of cafes and restaurants. If you’re missing your own dogs, Ira and Daniel are more than happy to receive cuddles!

The hotel staff give the hotel an excellent personal touch, always a welcome and a smile. Breakfast was good, freshly prepared fresh food and had no problem with my dietry needs. The day we had an early start to catch a boat trip they made sure we were served efficiently to help us get away. The rooms were clean and airy with Aircon if needed, and the small bar area outside was a charming place to sit of an evening. All the key places in the town are in walking distance - The hotel is 2 mins from the seafront which has a nice park area streatching along it with many good resteraunts only a few more minuites walk - The airport is 15 mins walk away (I worried that would mean it was noisy but it proved not to be the case) - The Old Town is 15 mins walk along the seafront - or a short bus ride if you prefer - bus stops almost outside the hotel - whilst the main bus station is only 10 mins away with busses to most parts of the island. The down side- if you had a car parking may be difficult (but we found the car unnecessary) and the hotel has no pool, but the beaches were clean so neither of these were important Would we go there again - absolutely

Loved this beautiful boutique hotel! The smell of lilacs greeted us, we slept like babies in the comfy bed, and the breakfast was fabulous. We loved the friendly staff!

Wonderful 1-night stay ina very comfortable room on the ground floor. You could hear the music from the reception but it did stop about 9.30pm. The staff were very friendly and the breakfast was delicious, yogurt with honey and muesli, fresh mini pastries, wonderful banana and choc cake - eggs etc cooked to order

Excellent walkable proximity to restaurants, historic sites, waterfront, shopping…

Prachtig hotel met ontzettend aardig personeel. We voelden ons heel erg welkom en het personeel heeft ons in de watten gelegd. We komen graag een keer terug.

Unglaublich tolles Hotel, jedes Zimmer ist geschmacksvoll und einzigartig eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück, wird frisch zubereitet auf Bestellung. Sehr nettes Personal und in Gehdistanz zum Zentrum… definitiv ein Must bei jedem Besuch in Korfu!

Such a beautiful property we booked another stay! The hotel is small, stunning and intimate with gorgeous staff who could not be nicer or do enough to make your stay perfect. The breakfasts are incredible and cocktails in the garden are perfect. Will absolutely be back.

Amazing hotel near the centre of Corfu town. The staff were very friendly and our room was beautiful. The breakfast was probably one of the best breakfasts we have ever had in a hotel. The only downfall was that we had only booked 1 night there!

Hosts were extremely hospitable and nothing was too much trouble. Rooms were tastefully furnished.

Acanthus Blue is such a fantastic hotel with every detail thought of!

This beautiful boutique hotel is simply gorgeous, in every way - the stunning decor, features, delightful garden, rooms, ambience, location, the breakfast (oh, the breakfast!!) but the reason why it surpasses anywhere either of us have stayed before, is the staff. We had 2 short stays either side of a week in Rou in north-east Corfu and during the second stay, I became quite ill on the first evening, resulting in a hospital stay. All the staff at the Acanthus Blue treated both my husband and me like family and made sure we wanted for nothing. The service was personal (but not intrusive) at all times and we felt everyone genuinely cared. A very special mention and our heartfelt thanks to Chris, Stratos, Daphne, Demetrios and also to the amazing breakfast lady (The Egg Queen!!) who serves her fabulous fresh, homemade breakfasts to your exact wishes with a lovely smile every morning. Absolutely, we will be back!!
