Not comfortable bed linens, but good A/C. Bad experience from first 2 nights because they give us a small no balcony twins bed room(but what we paid was double bed with balcony), we complained at first night and reception just replied there were full booked and will change after 2 nights. Of course the latter room was much bigger and good balcony. Be remind to check what you paid for room in facility and size.

離地鐵站雖然不遠,但拖著行李走還是有一點距離(拖行李約要走十分鐘) 飯店服務人員態度親切,早餐很豐盛 加床不是很好睡,因為加了床,所以四人房顯的很小 如果是四人的話建議訂兩間房間，是一間值得再次入住的飯店。

The hotel is within 3 min walk to Omonia station. The Hondo center and a post office are also very close to the hotel. The breakfast is great and we love the traditional food and desserts. The two coffee machines provide mochachino, latte, cappuccino, expresso, and hot chocolate. For tea lover, they provide many tea bags selection including caffeine free tea.

建議選低樓層的房,比較不會有煙味,雖然房間比較舊,但服務人員態度佳,離市區交通也十分方便,到歐摩尼亞站非常近

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I found bed bugs in my room around 4 a.m. and immediately went to the front desk. The overnight staff was rude, dismissive, and completely unbothered—they refused to move me and claimed no rooms were available. There was no apology or concern for my safety or comfort. At 9 a.m., I spoke to another employee who first insisted that bed bugs were “impossible.” After I showed him clear photos, he instantly admitted, “Yeah, we have bed bugs,” with no sense of urgency or accountability. The lack of hygiene is bad enough, but the staff’s attitude was shocking. No empathy, no solution, and no responsibility. This hotel failed basic sanitation and customer service standards. Do not stay here. If management can’t maintain a pest-free environment or treat guests with respect, they don’t deserve your business.

Når jeg bestilte hotell det står fin oversikt over byen men jeg har fått et rom med veldig dårlig oversikt. Det var oversikt til bak side til en veldig dårlig å gammel bygning?

I had a nice a stay. Very helpful staff. Hotel close by the metro. Breakfast was delicious.

Hotel front desk staffs are super helpful and friendly, and breakfast have great variety with nice services from staffs! The room is spacious and clean! with walkable to the metro area. The only improvement I think is the wifi, during our stay, the wifi seem got cut off sometime..

We had a smooth check in and everything was fine.

Excellent bargain for the price, very comfortable, excellent service. Neighborhood has some homeless people but no problems on main streets.

The hotel was great, staff great, the only thing that let it down, was the local druggies hanging round the side street, apparently they congregate around there since COVID lock down, but the staff soon moved them on, apparently the council will be sorting it soon

Positive : - very polite and kind staff - inside the room was almost quiet - breakfast was very good - clean with good room service - 20 to 25 minutes walk to tourist attractions - or 2 to 4 train station to tourist attractions - close to train station - around 7 to 8 euros costs a taxi to the touristic area Negative : - in some streets around, I didn’t feel safe to walk. maybe not suitable for a lady or family with children to walk The hotel is in a crowded street but inside is quite although my room was on 7th floor with no view to Main Street At the end the hotel itself was amazing if you avoid some streets around

Excellent petit déjeuner

I booked this hotel for car parking but when I get there they said that there is no parking and showed me the pay car park 50 m away. Parking was cheap anyway (8€/night). No problem at all for the rest.

La camera era comoda e pulita, anche se stavamo un pò strettini in 4 (era chiaramente una matrimoniale), funzionava tutto, pulivano e cambiavano gli asciugamani tutti i giorni. Ottima la colazione e abbondante. L'albergo è mantenuto in buone condizioni anche se non nuovissimo ma molto pulito. Il personale è gentile e preparato. E' a due passi dalla metropolitana e dal centro (raggiungibile anche a piedi). I dintorni dell'hotel sono frequentati, nottetempo, da senzatetto e tossicodipendenti che nei giorni in cui abbiamo soggiornato non hanno dato nessuna noia. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Ritornerei sicuramente

There were ants on my bed, The surrounding area is not safe . The bed is so small, and not comfortable to sleep on. Overall experience wasn’t good at all … won’t recommend it
