There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort. For me, Balcony is a main factor to choose a room. I was disappointed for the wrong description in Hotels.com.

非非常差，酒店房間非常大塵，空間好細，床墊又爛，廁所花灑又爛，又無得轉房

1.飯店地點在山坡上，如果有推大型行李的人不太合適，但是飯店內有電梯 2.飯店人員都滿冷漠的 3.房間有種被監視的感覺 但是是乾淨的 4.飯店地點還算方便，但因為不在熱鬧地區，入夜後走回家沒什麼人、路上有點黑，會有點可怕 5.飯店可以看到衛城

可步行到衛城及附近的旅遊景點 早餐頗多選擇 員工都好友善 投訴即時解決問題 房間都頗為寬敞整潔 天台可遠觀衞城及周邊的環境 交通方便離電車及地下鐵路站只不過步行五至十分鐘

The highlight of my stay was definitely the rooftop terrace. Having breakfast with a direct view of the Acropolis is something I will never forget. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure everything was perfect. The room was cozy and well maintained.

The hotel exceeded expectations in every way. The rooftop view of the Acropolis is absolutely breathtaking, especially during sunset. The staff were always kind and ready to help with anything needed. The room was spotless and very comfortable. The location made exploring Athens incredibly easy.
