There was wrong description in Hotels.com. Some "Comfort Room" did not has balcony. I requested to change my room in the first night, but the hotel was full, so I requested to did it in the next day. Staff was helpful, she arranged me to check the other "Comfort Room" which has balcony, but the room was much worse than the original one, I thought it was an economy type so I declined it. I understood the hotel was full and the staffs tried to fulfill my requirement, I appreciated their effort. For me, Balcony is a main factor to choose a room. I was disappointed for the wrong description in Hotels.com.

非非常差，酒店房間非常大塵，空間好細，床墊又爛，廁所花灑又爛，又無得轉房

1.飯店地點在山坡上，如果有推大型行李的人不太合適，但是飯店內有電梯 2.飯店人員都滿冷漠的 3.房間有種被監視的感覺 但是是乾淨的 4.飯店地點還算方便，但因為不在熱鬧地區，入夜後走回家沒什麼人、路上有點黑，會有點可怕 5.飯店可以看到衛城

可步行到衛城及附近的旅遊景點 早餐頗多選擇 員工都好友善 投訴即時解決問題 房間都頗為寬敞整潔 天台可遠觀衞城及周邊的環境 交通方便離電車及地下鐵路站只不過步行五至十分鐘

Very kind and helpful staff! Great breakfast with beautiful view of the acropolis. Spacious rooms with good AC.

Everything is good. I can recommend this hotel to families & friends.

Et super hyggeligt hotel, god beliggenhed, fantastisk udsigt der hvor vi spiste morgenmad. Dog var vores værelse meget småt, men skønt med en balkon.

Staff were very friendly and our rooms were cleaned daily.

Veldig hyggelig hotell med fin utsikt mot Akropolis fra frokostsalen. Rommet var rent og personalet veldig imøtekommende.

This was a wonderful place to stay. Our check-in went very well with the lovely Anne. She was very friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean. The hotel is has some beautiful features including the sitting area near our room and the terrace on the sixth floor.

Average hotel - overpriced for the location

The room was small and the toilet/shower was even smaller. My husband (187cm) could not fit under the shower. The shower cubicle was dirty and worn out. Also the bed was too short for my husband. The room was worn out, in the curtain there was a hole in it and chair was dirty.

Very close to the Acropolis. Nice staff service.

The hotel did the trick for a one night stay in Athens! You can see the Parthenon from the breakfast restaurant! Rooms are small but Anna at the front desk was outstanding.

The hotel itself is very nice and staff were great but it is a bit of a walk from major attractions and restaurant options. Otherwise would recommend.
