Lovely place to stay! The rooftop breakfast area was the highlight of our stay, and we enjoyed the spread of hot and cold items. Very close to the train station and perfect base for walking to sights in Plaka, Anafiotika, and the Acropolis.

The hotel itself is clean, spacious and with helpful staff. View from the roof during breakfast is a plus. The location is great! It's not close to metro but within a quiet alley in the somehow like "Soho" area, with many nice, romantic restaurants within walking distance and you can see the night view of the Acropolis which is stunning. Highly recommend to other visitors visiting Athens!

the hotel has good service and good site. From the plat, you can see the night of acropolis hill. It's beautiful. Workers here are very nice. But the room is not big.

Hi this was our first stay at the Adrian Hotel.
It was a shock at first when we arrived and the foyer was filled with cigarette smoke from a staff member as we thought it was a non smoking hotel. The room was clean but run-down the wallpaper was peeling off the wall and the decor and linens were very dated.
The bathroom had been renovated at some stage and was good.
The breakfast on the outside top patio was beautiful and the ladies were so nice that worked there. The view from the roof top was stunning. The reception staff would let us use the top patio to eat our lunch sometimes as it is locked after breakfast is finished.
The location in Plaka is what sells this hotel and they are able to charge quite high rates for a run-down hotel.

The room was very comfortable, with excellent air conditioning and an up-to-date bathroom. Lovely balcony.
Breakfast was very good, though more variety in cheese would be nice (such as feta or halloumi). One small observation: the thin toasts are great, but can take on the flavor of the sweet bread in the same container. The juice is fantastic.
The staff were all thoughtful and helpful.
I accidentally left a laptop computer and they reported it to me. Wonderful!

The hotel was comfortable and well maintained. The staff were professional, and the breakfast was good. The hotel was a little noisy. The best thing is the location, it is perfect. Opposite Hadrian's Library, within a short walk of the Acropolis and all the main tourist areas, and bars and restaurants within yards of the front door.

Our room was clean and ready for an early check-in, which was a nice bonus. The hotel itself was fairly basic, with no standout amenities. Breakfast was very minimal, and there are many better options nearby that were much more appealing.
The location was convenient and central, which was definitely a plus. Overall, it was an average stay — nothing particularly special, but nothing terrible either. About what I would expect from a standard 3-star hotel, and a reasonable option if you’re traveling on a budget.

Location, location, location. Absolute little gem in the heart of Athens old town. Short walk to the acropolis and all other historical sights. Loads of bars and great restaurants on the doorstep. Knowledgeable friendly staff. Rooms spotlessly clean, mini bar, coffee machine, kettle and a lovely little balcony to watch the world go by. Would definitely stay here again. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of choice even cooked breakfast available. Bteakfast was served on the covered roof terrace with a lovely acropolis view but it was quite cold up there during our stay. Some patio heaters wouldve been good.

Wonderful location, city center, walking distance to all historical sights. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent. Fresh fruit and yogurt. Eggs and bacon. The check in was smooth. We had a veranda to watch the nightlife.
