we stayed one night at aeonic suites and spa in june 2024. staff was fine. stunning view. the private pool was a bit cold. highlight was the breakfast.

One of the best hotels in Mykonos. It was my 4th season here… Huge rooms! Great location. Breakfast is amazing! Great staff. Everyone is so polite! Great spa Can’t wait until next season! 🌹

The hotel was absolutely wonderful! The room was very spacious, featuring both a jacuzzi and a bathtub. Breakfast was outstanding, with plenty of delicious options. The staff provided excellent service, always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed. A truly memorable stay — I highly recommend it!

The customer service was average. I paid a lot of money for my room and the water in the shower wasn’t draining well. I complained twice about it and no one fixed it. Beautiful property, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The property is beautiful, spacious, quiet and very clean. Staff are friendly and helpful. Easy to communicate with them at all times through WhatsApp. Because the hotel is quiet, it is a little more remote, 10 minutes from town. But I see this as a positive and not a negative and why we choose this hotel. Taxis or private transfer is the main way to travel. We had daily breakfast and enjoyed the a la carte menu. They also have a buffet but wasn’t hungry enough for the buffet. We wish we could have stayed longer.

My entire stay at this property was simply perfect, there wasn’t one thing about my stay that I would change. This property was the true definition of a luxurious 5 star hotel. The hospitality displayed during my stay was unparalleled. The entire staff was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure that I enjoyed my stay. I would choose this hotel again and again with no hesitation.

Amazing hotel Good service Clean and stylish Good breakfast

The hotel itself is amazing, room was great, breakfast is so good and lots of variety. Just some general feedback of a few issues we had/things to know. Nelly and the reception we got was fantastic, the tour and the free drinks were awesome! We were told it was €36 each way by transfer to Mykonos town. You can get the bus from Ornos Beach (8 min walk) for €2 each and it is a 6 min drive. So do not waste your money on that. We were originally put in the wrong room. I had paid for a supreme room, eternal pool and sea view. They tried to put us in a junior suite with a plunge pool. When i informed them the room was wrong and even showed the booking information they just said all the rooms were the same and it was guest preference. I had paid significantly more to get that type of room. Luckily they had a room available of the type i paid for. The cleaning team try to get into your room a lot to clean it, which is great but can be annoying. Even when you put the DND sign on the front they still come in. The pool was freezing which was a shame and made it almost unusable, but apparently it warms up into August.
