阿加皮海滩度假村 - 高级全包

Resort molto bello, con giardini molto ben curati. Buoni i ristoranti. In particolare, nel ristorante principale il menu cambia tutte le sere ed è sempre molto vario. Spiaggia ben attrezzata con buono spazio tra i vari ombrelloni. Nonostante fossimo ad agosto abbiamo sempre trovato posto in spiaggia, senza problemi. Mare bello anche se per qualche giorno il vento è stato un po' fastidioso. Comoda la fermata, proprio davanti al resort, dell'autobus Sightseeing con cui visitare Heraklion che si trova a 15/20 minuti dall'hotel. Migliorabile la pulizia della stanza.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour au Agapi Beach resort . Nous séjournions dans les chambres rénovés face mer et piscine . La vue était à couper le souffle surtout au lever et coucher du soleil , un véritable spectacle 2 fois par jour. Le service de restauration était très varié avec une mention spéciale pour le restaurant italien à la carte . Le personnel était adorable avec un sens du service irréprochable sur toutes nos demandes sans exception . Seul bémol, l’animation en soirée n’était pas à la hauteur de nos attentes compte tenu de la qualité de service proposé . Il s’agissait de petits spetacle sans mise en scène ou décor . Ce qui est dommage car le soir à proximité de l’hôtel il n’y a pas grand chose à faire donc une belle animation compenserait cela. Sinon l’animation en journée était parfaite notamment autour de la piscine . Quant à la plage de l’hôtel super bien équipée et très grande . Nous n’avons rencontré de problèmes pour avoir un transat contrairement aux autres commentaires . Nous y sommes allés en famille avec 2 grands ados en Août donc haut saison .

positiv: direkt am strand gelegen, 3 pools, hop on hop off bus haltestelle direkt vor der tür, gute verbindung mit bus in die stadt negativ: wenig griechisches essen (nur beim themenabend), zimmer ziemlich veraltet, personal im service teilweise unfreundlich, zimmer zum teil einzelbetten und kein doppelbett, zimmer sehr hellhörig, al a cart restaurant am abend zum bezahlen trotzdem ein sehr schöner aufenthalt

Tout est parfait . Service et personnel exceptionnel

Es war alles sehr gut. Lediglich der Abfluss in der Dusche ist etwas mangelhaft. Das Wasser fließt nur langsam ab.

Sehr schöne Anlage mit gutem Essen, Strand war sehr windig (kann das Hotel ja nichts dafür) Aber Pool und mehr werden Liegestühle immer früh reserviert…

War wirklich super, leider waren bei all inc. nicht alle NICHT alkoholischen Getränke auch kostenlos, was ich super schade finde.

Wir waren nur 4 Tage im Resort, daher kann ich zur Umgebung nicht viel sagen. Das Resort, Personal, Essen und Cocktails waren super!

I would have to say I think the pictures are misleading. I think the descriptions are misleading. We would never stay here again. This reminds me of a cruise ship. The buffets and restaurants are like troughs and people push past each other to get to the front. If it wasn’t for the free alcohol, this place wouldn’t even be close to worth it. Upon checkout, we called and asked for someone to come pick us up. We had two large bags and were upstairs with no elevator in a bungalow, which was not a bungalow. They never came and picked us up. We had to walk ourselves over, which wasn’t the end of the world, but we were across the property and it was very inconvenient with our luggage. We requested an extra pillow because the one pillow they give you is paper thin we never got it. We had emailed the property prior to showing up because they never emailed us and we asked them if we needed to do any reservations. They said no we’d be fine upon arrival. We were told that we could not make any reservations at the restaurant because they were all booked up that we should’ve done it prior to coming. As well in the middle of the night, the AC unit shut off both nights and it was extremely difficult and took a while to play with to get it to turn back on and the room got extremely hot.Once again, I would never stay here again.

Le complexe de l’hôtel est très jolie. Il semble un peu petit et les structures sont assez les unes sur les autres. Les piscines sont notamment assez petites. La piscine principale est bien mais les autres sont très très petites. Le buffet du matin au soir était très bon et varié. Le personnel était très sympathique et professionnelle. Les chambres étaient belles, la salle de bain spacieuse. En revanche, la terrasse n’était pas tous les jours nettoyée. Concernant les animations, l’équipe était sympathique mais pas assez avenante et dynamique. Il manque également des animations plus dynamiques le soir. Le spa quand à lui était payant. Décevant pour un all in clusive premium où il devrait y avoir le Hammam et sauna inclus. De plus, les prestations proposées (soins, massages) étaient excessivement chers.

Das Hotel, der Aufenthalt, Sauberkeit sind super. Die Lage mit eigenem Strand ist hervorragend und sauber. Das Perso al aufmerksam.

Communicatie voordien en bij het inchecken was verliep zeer vlot. Wij kregen een update van de kamer en verbleven in het hoofdgebouw in een gerenoveerde kamer Deze werd iedere dag perfect gepoetst. Zeer goede bedden en geen last van lawaai of andere zaken. Indien je verblijft in de villa’s rond het hoofdgebouw is dit een andere zaak Wij vonden deze verouderd en niet uitnodigend. De mensen waren er overal zeer vriendelijk. Het eten vonden wij het minste van kwaliteit van alle hotels waar we al hadden verbleven. Genoeg keuze maar de kwaliteit ontbrak. Het griekse a la carte was lekker maar er werd te snel afgeruimd en de volgende gang kwam te snel. Cocktails waren matig, er zijn all in coctails en dan betalende cocktails. Wateractiviteit hebben wij niet kunnen uitvoeren door teveel wind.

The room was clean. Food was Excellent. The pool was small, full of kids and little to no music; boring. The beach was windy and rough. Nightly entertainment program started around 9:00 pm for a couple of hours. No tooth brush or sponge provided in this “luxury Resort “. No upgrades or mention thereof being VIP. Some of the alcoholic drinks are extra. One of the bar tenders at the main restaurant is indeed rude. To me, it stops short of being luxury or perhaps to the other clients, it can be that!

There were lots of dining options within the resort that provided variety throughout our stay. The buffet at the main restaurant was the best I’ve ever had. We loved that we had healthy, great tasting options for every meal. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable.

We usually don't do all-inclusive holidays, so this was our first experience in a long time, and we were thoroughly impressed. The resort exceeded our expectations, providing a clean and spacious beach with plenty of free loungers and a great selection of water sports. The four pools were well-maintained, with friendly staff at the pool bar enhancing our enjoyment. We stayed in a bungalow that was well decorated and very comfortable. Dining options were excellent, with an Italian restaurant open for dinner by reservation and the Taverna available for both lunch and dinner. The Taverna's Sunday barbecue featuring delicious grilled meats was a highlight. The main restaurant offered a fantastic variety of Cretan and international cuisine. The spa services, including a facial and massage, were wonderful, and Erica was especially helpful in providing treatment information. The general manager was frequently visible, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service and improvement. Right outside the resort, we found numerous shops and restaurants, creating a friendly atmosphere. We also enjoyed a well-organized trip to Heraklion and the Palace of Knossos, complete with earpieces to hear our knowledgeable guide. Overall, Agapi Beach Resort feels like a little village, perfect for families and those seeking a relaxing getaway. We left with great memories and a desire to return.

Beautiful sea, clean rooms, good food.

Ofrecen muchas actividades diarias, como volley o deportes de agua, así como espectáculos variados por la noche (tanto para niños como adultos) tiene acceso a la playa con tumbonas gratuitas para los huéspedes del hotel, ideal para relajarte si no quieres desplazarte a alguna playa cercana (como hay que hacer en otros hoteles), además tiene tres piscinas distintas también con tumbonas cómodas (siempre tienen toallas „reservando“ la tumbona por parte de otros huéspedes, pero como no está permitido y no veía a nadie en la tumbona de hacía algunos minutos la quitaba y me podía tumbar tranquilamente). En la piscina principal se puede encontrar el bar para el todo incluido (los cócteles hechos sin máquina, de la botella directamente) que tiene mucha variedad de bebidas y algunos aperitivos. Además el hotel tiene muchos restaurantes con mucha variedad de comida y toda buenísima, sinceramente su restaurante italiano (en el que se puede reservar gratuitamente en la recepción del restaurante principal) tiene el mejor risotto de setas que haya comido nunca! El personal es super amable y el servicio en el buffet es rápido, eficiente y simpático. Por último, el colchón de la habitación era muy grande y cómodo y no se escuchaba nada, se podía dormir genial. Sinceramente de los mejores hoteles en los que me he alojado :)
