Alexandros Hotel

Hotel was grearlt, clean and had great service staff. Its about 20 mins from center of athens.

Wonderful stay, great staff and breakfast options

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Athens. The room was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious with a great variety of local options. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Athens!

Great hotel. Friendly welcoming staff. Comfortable bed and well appointed room.

Spacious recently renovated room with great design ideas. I really liked the bathroom, one person could shower and at the same time the other person could use the toilet with privacy. Very nice breakfast, with a wide selection of food, and a large variety of milk alternatives. Staff super friendly willing to help at all times. Very clean property with lots of nice spaces for meetings and areas to socialise. In a quiet but super central area.

Great room upgrade

The property and the staff were wonderful. The rate was very affordable. The location was quiet but easily walkable to restaurants.

Our hotel stay was wonderful. Hotel was kinda hard to find at first, because it is tucked away on a side road. But our overall stay was wonderful. And wound stay here again

The staff were very warm and friendly

It was very convenient to family. Tax’s were always available. The staff was extremely helpful. And there was a lovely fountain and park with food close by.

Employees friendliness.

Good hotel. Blankets on beds are awful and pillows are flat. The pool is nice but the sand around it is gravel and awful. Staff was very friendly and helpful though. If they improved bedding and sand this place would be amazing !

The property was rated as a four-star hotel and I think I just barely qualified as a two-star. The rooms are very poorly featured. No place to properly unload your suitcase. Very old carpets and bathrooms are extremely small. Not pleased with the property at all.

Nice staff

Stayed to be close to US embassy which was quick walk away. There is a good coffee shop and some decent bars nearby, no where I would really want to eat dinner. Breakfast at the property was good. I was surprised you needed to reserve / have a minimum spend to go to the pool. They only had instant coffee vs nespresso not sure if you can use the downstairs espresso machine outside of breakfast. Could have used more pillows, bed just okay, scratchy sheets but not terrible. The room itself was quiet, air was also quiet which is nice.

Everything by was wonderful. Breakfast was exceptional.

Hotel was great and staff was friendly. Overall our stay was very pleasant. Beach is very small and rocky.

This stay would have been an absolute disaster if it weren't for the rooftop pool with cabanas (note that we got lucky to get a cabana because it can be pre-reserved and not available). I had put in a request with my reservation and also had placed a call the night before arriving about an early check in because of an overnight flight from the US. I was told it would be no problem at all to get into my room at least a few hours early. Well it was a problem, and the desk staff was very rude and dismissive. When we did get our room 6 hours later, the design of the shower was so poor that it overflows into the main room and the carpet was soaked from the previous guest. The carpet smelled very musty as if it had not been replaced in years and this flooding happens all the time (happened to us as well). On day 2 we were moved to an adjacent room, and it had the same issue although not quite as bad. With several towels blocking the water, we were able to keep the shower flood in the bathroom. The balcony is unusable since it gets full sun most of the day, and the shade side of the hotel does not have balconies. If you want to enjoy the outside while in the hotel, it is best to go up to the rooftop pool. I would recommend that they replace the coarse sand that is pebble-like around the pool with something smoother, but the pool was a godsend.
