The air conditioning was not turned on for the building, so our room was too warm. We slept with the patio door open instead, resulting in a strong tobacco smell. Staff was very helpful in general and the room was comfortable otherwise.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. The breakfast was really good and the staff were helpful. I recommend the hotel.

This is a great place to stay for a few days in Kos Town. Friendly service - near to bars and restaurants and an easy walk to the port. Room was big and clean with a nice balcony with a view over the harbour. A very good choice here. No problems at all - very pleased!

Beautiful rooms

A very comfortable hotel which had a bath as well as a shower. The view from my balcony was very good and a great selection of food at breakfast.

Central to Harbour. Clean and tidy. Good sized room with air on. Views over Mountains with Sun all day from balcony . Friendly staff. Lacks atmosphere. Pool a big disappointment. Just a dip style as nit big enough to swim in.

Second time we have stayed here and once again it was very enjoyable. Quiet and comfortable though close to the port for the ferry and right in the centre of town so there are many restaurants just a few minutes walk away. Would definitely recommend.

Arrived off the early ferry from Bodrum for a 2 day break in Kos town. Note: customs quite slow and waiting in very hot queue with not much shade. Hotel about a 10 to 15 mins walk slightly uphill at the end. We were at the hotel at 11am, allowed to leave our case in a secure area, but no entrance to room until 2pm. Welcome could have been a little better with perhaps an offer of water or a drink of some sort? Our room was on the 3rd floor, with a lovely view of the comings & goings in the harbour. The room had everything we needed including a fridge & cooking area. We chose to eat out, as there was so many bars, cafes and restaurants within a short walk. We used the pool on the 2nd day. It was in a small courtyard and we manages to get the only 2 deckchairs. Strange shaped pool not really for serious swimming or many people? Enjoyed Kos Town! Very pretty, lots of history and good meal options! This hotel is in a good position in the town.😀😀

Disappointing for a 4star hotel. Disappointing that it is policy not to have double beds. The hotel is looking dated with fairly tired towels and cheap soaps etc disappointing that no bottles of water provided. Just not 4 star service or facilities.

Really really clean. Breakfast was good.
