Overall great, they can certainly fix the appearance a bit, like outside Ac, outdoor doors, and hiking entrances.

Great location, amazing views. The service is excellent and the breakfast has lots of options.

Staff were lovely, kind and accommodating. Service was great. However after using the plunge pool for about 10 minutes, I developed a rash and itchiness on my legs. They did a thorough check following this incident. The drain inside the bathroom also leaked and the water flooded our room a little. This was also fixed immediately and we were told it’s due to the poor sewage system of the island. View was amazing however place is a little run down. Pictures on the website were deceiving but they will be renovating soon as we were told. Overall, the staff friendliness made our stay a lot better. Thank you.

Une semaine fin septembre sous le soleil ! Trés bon hôtel, personnel très sympathique et disponible, beaucoup d'effort de leur part pour nous qui ne parlons que très peu l'Anglais. Vue magnifique sur la Caldeira et sur Oia, (de la piscine et du restaurant.) Coucher de soleil à couper le souffle, aussi bien qu'à Oia d'après moi. Notre chambre était très bien, (passage tous les jours de la femme de ménage, voire deux fois par jour!!! , grande terrasse avec une très belle vue et un jacuzzi, Attention certaines chambres, non pas forcement la même vue, ou pas de jacuzzi. (rez de chaussé,etc...) Très bon petit déjeuner, repas très bon préparés sur place à la demande (pas besoin de réserver) à un prix raisonnable pour l'endroit (plats, 16, 17 jusqu'à 22 €), servis sur la terrasse de la piscine avec vue directe sur la Caldeira. A refaire.

A beautiful stay! The staff made me feel so comfortable! I was greeted with a lovely mimosa upon arrival. The views every morning and evening is the most beautiful with either side of the island panoramic view and sea.

Endroit idyllique où nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine ! Personnel gentil et d'attentionné. Chambre spacieuse, propre et très bien équipée. Petit-déjeuner copieux servi sur la terrasse avec une vue superbe sur la Caldera. L’emplacement de l’hôtel est idéal, à quelques minutes en voiture de Fira et 15 de Oia. Possibilité de se promener depuis l’hôtel en empruntant le chemin qui borde la Caldera Et le plus : coucher de soleil extraordinaire sur la mer Egée visible depuis l’hôtel

Perfect spot for sunset! Easy location to get to. Many places to walk to. Staff was excellent and very friendly. Would rate a 10 out of 10 and hope my husband takes me back there again.

The pool area, owner and staff are fantastic. Those are really what made the stay good. The rooms and cleanliness of those rooms are lacking a bit, which was disappointing for the price we paid. Both rooms we stayed in had ants and when they cleaned our room, they mainly just tidied and swept the main areas, leaving the edges of the floors still dirty. The pool area and view are amazing, but the rooms were a bit disappointing.

Le séjour s’est passé super bien. L’hôtel est pas mal et la vu extraordinaire ! Le petit déjeuner un peu long mais on était en vacances donc pas de problème 😉. Je recommande et merci Expédia !

We got there and they gave us a room upstairs all the way on the corner of the property! On my reservation it says first floor room with a plunge heated pool! When I said something about it Sabrina got all offended! She said we will switch your room today to an upgraded room. Well this room was upstairs again and the plunge pool we can only use ones because the water was dirty and cold! This property is pretty expensive to stay here. I don’t understand all the good reviews. The bathroom had a horrible smell from the sewer. In the first room the bathroom had mold all around the bottom area. When I told Sabrina she got all mad and she told me to talk to the receptionist. We didn’t see anyone at the reception for the first few days we were there. On our last day there we also woke up with aunts! Breakfast was very good every morning, except there’s 3 cats roaming around jumping on tables. I wouldn’t recommend this property! And it’s also about a 15-20 min drive to Oia. Very disappointed!
