Stunning hotel faultless. Staff incredible.

Very nice property and great location! Beautiful breakfast buffet included and helpful staff! I would book this place again!

Estive em lua de mel com minha esposa entre os dias 27 e 30 de setembro. O hotel é muito bonito, bem cuidado. Localizado mais ao sul da ilha. Por um valor adicional (10 euros por pessoa) proporcionam transporte do porto até o hotel. Atendimento excelente, café da manhã muito bom, quarto muito confortável (reservamos suite com piscina privativa e jacuzzi). A praia do hotel não dá para entrar para tomar banho. Tem 3 piscinas nas áreas comuns (2 bem geladas) e 1 climatizada. A da suite também quase não utilizamos pois ventava muito e a água estava bem gelada (sugeriria climatizar nos meses mais frios). Embora o atendimento tenha sido bom, erraram apenas em um ponto. Informei na reserva e depois por mensagem que era nossa lua de mel e mesmo assim não nos deixaram nem um bilhete de feliz lua de mel. Foi o hotel que mais investimos na viagem e o único que não nos deixou um bilhete. No mais tudo foi bom. Sugeriria maior atenção à esses detalhes que comentei.

Top Location, stilvolle gepflegte und saubere Einrichtungen, einmalige Aussicht auf wundervolle Sonnenuntergänge, tolles Frühstücksbuffet, sehr freundliches Personal … aber …. Es summieren sich die Mängel im Service. Es fällt nicht auf wenn Toilettenpapier fehlt, die Minibar leer wird, Besteck auf dem Tisch fehlt, Handtücher fehlen, das Pool Wasser gewechselt aber nicht mehr gefüllt wird, man sich am Hauptpool selbst nach Badetüchern umsehen umd sich organisieren muss, die Angaben zu check-out im Zimmer unterschiedlich sind usw usw. Es ist die Summe dieser an sich kleinen Details die den Eindruck trüben. Es werden alle Wünsche sofort erfüllt was sehr schön ist. Die Reaktion der Hotelleitung auf die Feedbacks war vorbildlich. Doch wenn im Management Team der Blick für die Details fehlt, es die Mitarbeitenden nicht anleiten kann, dann sind Anspruch und Realität nicht stimmig. Für ein Hotel das sich als Luxushotel bezeichnet ist die Service Qualität leider nicht ausreichend, was angesichts des Potentials ausgesprochen schade ist.

Beautiful property and great staff

lovely hotel. staff, esp Nick were attentive and lovely to deal with. great wine list. and we enjoyed Hippie Fish nearby for excellent charcoal grilled fish. The hotel will drive you the couple of minutes down the road to Hippy Fish. Enjoyed daily swims from the hotel beach across to Beef Bar and back, having procured goggles from the hotel mini-mart.

Great resort, beautiful rooms and amenities. Pool was awesome and the staff was great. Central location to every activity on the island. Definitely recommend.

The most magnificent hotel in Mykonos. The most caring and amazing staff that go over and beyond to make your stay enjoyable. This stunning new property is in a great location with easy drive to everywhere. The most beautiful pools and restaurant with the best ocean snd sunset views. If i could give it more stars, i would. Thank you for an unforgettable stay to Anax Hotel.
