Hotel was extremely well managed. views from hotel (and room) were beautiful, great choice of restaurants, spacious rooms and well appointed, gym was like a fitness center, service was top notch, and spa was beautiful.

The pool area is as beautiful as the pictures, and that is the best part of this hotel. The rooms on the other hand, were pretty terrible for the price point. We had two one-bedroom villas. They are huge but they are basically low end badly decorated Airbnb's with dorm room like furniture and cheap materials. The air-conditioning barely works and every day the housekeepers would turn it off for some reason. The setting doesn't go below 20, but when set to 20 and on "High", the temp in the room was 24, about the same as the outside temperature. Maybe the standard rooms are better than the villas. Our kids' beds were just a sheet placed on the couch cushions, with a blanket. No additional sheet, no duvet. The room was also way down the hill, the buggies were hard to get and the walk was long. One other thing to think about is the location, its south of Corfu, on the wrong side for traffic, and on the wrong side of the island for beaches -it's not a great location. it took forever to get taxis and the rides to town or beaches were very expensive. Aggressive wasps everywhere as others have mentioned, but that's apparently a problem all over Greece, not unique to this resort. I'd look at other options such as the Grecotel Imperial if I were going back to Corfu.

Beautiful property with large comfortable rooms and plenty of storage. Everyone who works there was friendly and helpful - whether at the front desk, pool, restaurants or spa, the service is terrific. There are several options for food and drink (restaurants, bars, poolside) with different menus at each, and the food and drink at all is very good.

Beautiful hotel in an outstanding setting.

Wir waren bereits zum dritten Mal in diesem Hotel und sind insgesamt immer sehr zufrieden. Die Zimmer waren stets sauber und gepflegt. Leider konnten wir das vom Spa- bzw. Wellnessbereich nicht immer behaupten – hier besteht aus unserer Sicht noch etwas Verbesserungspotenzial. Das Frühstück war sehr vielfältig und hochwertig. Zusätzliche Angebote wie Bircher Müsli oder Avocado würden das Frühstückserlebnis noch weiter aufwerten. Da wir mit unserer 5-jährigen Tochter reisen, fanden wir es etwas schade, dass der Ranger Club nur für Kinder ohne Begleitung der Eltern zugänglich ist. Aufgrund ihres sensiblen Wesens war es für sie leider nicht möglich, das Angebot zu nutzen. Ein kleiner Spielplatz in der Anlage wäre ebenfalls eine schöne Ergänzung. Uns ist bewusst, dass es sich nicht um ein klassisches Familien- oder Kinderhotel handelt. Dennoch sind Kinder die Gäste von morgen, und vielleicht könnte diesem Bereich künftig noch etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt werden. Insgesamt hatten wir einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt und kommen gerne wieder.

Lovely location with very helpful staff throughout the property- from the front desk to the restaurant to the pool and bar areas. People went out of their way to take care of us. Small details could use attention- broken curtains in room letting light in the morning, old hair dryers, stains on some furniture (lots of kids around). Also, there were some noisy weddings and events that made it difficult to sleep on two nights and crowds of families arrived at the middle of the week making pool space unavailable. Great recommendations from concierge for restaurants in old town and nearby Benitses.

Disappointing. This was our third stay and I wouldn’t go back. Check in was speedy, especially as they had free valet parking. The villa we were in was beautiful with a gorgeous view, perfect for spending most of our time outdoors. However, there were things like broken blinds that wouldn’t open, curtains that got stuck on the rail and some of the voile that was just hanging off. There were also coffee stains all over the rug and sofa. I wouldn’t be bothered in a cheap Airbnb but not for an expensive 5 star hotel. Gobsmacked to find out that, although the tap water isn’t drinkable, they only provide 1 small carton (about 250ml) of water per person per day. They advised me this has changed this year - clear cost saving from an exceptionally expensive hotel, especially when already spending a lot. The service was slow everywhere, the shuttle to the beach is only every 30 minutes so we walked down (which was fine) but not really possible to walk back with a 6 year old and the bus had to make 3 trips to be able to take everyone back up to the hotel (they only put on an 8 seater!). It just made trips to the beach too much effort. The food and drink is all really expensive - London prices. A two course evening meal for 2 adults and a child with one drink each was about €160. The room service menu - choice and quality was average at best. We spent a lot of money to have an amazing holiday and everything was average. Disappointed.

Great hotel overall

Very nice interior and exterior. Great view. Staff excellent. We did not see the beach as it was not open due to weather conditions. The pool was perfect. Only downside: price and portion size for dinner. Quite expensive. Taste wise great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angsana Resort. The hotel and spa were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Customer service was excellent and all the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful.

Stunning views, friendly and helpful staff, excellent food. The spa and pool were fabulous. Not all restaurants and bars were open because it was the first week of the season. However, we had a very peaceful and relaxing stay.

Excellent Hotel.

Das Hotel liegt sehr schön. Man hat eine wunderschöne mediterrane Aussicht. Unser Zimmer mit Meerblick war großzügig, komfortabel und schön ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt. Im Frühstücksbereich fanden wir es etwas umständlich, an den Platz geführt zu werden. Ebenfalls nervtötend war die Kaffeebestellung. Hier hat der Service nicht immer reibungslos funktioniert. Das Frühstücksbüffet war sehr umfangreich, dennoch habe ich das ein oder andere vermisst. Die Parksituation mit Service fanden wir sehr umständlich und zeitraubend. Das haben wir schon besser organisiert erlebt. Das Hotel ist insgesamt etwas abseits gelegen, daher ist ein Mietwagen praktisch. Insgesamt hat uns das Hotel überzeugt wegen der guten Ausstattung und dem Infinity-Pool mit der atemberaubenden Aussicht.
