订的280磅左右的私人泳池房间，给了一个100多磅的房间，后来坚持要求换房间后，才给换到原本房间，竟然说给我们升级了。洗浴用品上面看起来很不干净，像放了很久的，要了热水喝，喝到一半倒出来一只虫子

Every morning, the hotel staff would provide a wonderful breakfast which my wife and I like it very much. The staffs are helpful and they gave us many useful information for travelling the island and they recommended good restaurants. The location is not bad. We can walk to the bus stop within 5 minutes.

The room was spotless with a beautiful ocean view. The reception team—Elena, Maria, and O’Csana—were exceptionally kind and welcoming. Staying in a cave room on the cliffside was a truly unique experience. The only drawback was that the internet was down during our time at Aqua. Best regards

The view, price, food and service are all perfect! The only small thing that may make it better is to have a better hair dryer (Dyson or something similar but cheaper like Laifen or Dreame). I really love the days staying in the hotel

ROOM was adequate. Steep steps. No elevate.

Oskana and Elena were absolutely great. They offered good advice and made everything very simple. It was a delight staying here. Only regret was we didn't stay longer. The ocean view was unmatched and at the same time it allowed an amazing back drop of the city.

Everyone was super nice and treated us like family, 10/10 recommend and will be back again! You wont be disappointed with this hotel, the view from the room was the best

Fantastic stay at Aqua Luxury suites. Everything was perfect. Highly recommend stay here when in Santorini. Excellent Caldera views. Great food and service.

The staff of the hotel and Q bar / restaurant were phenomenal. The room was nice but the view was not quite as good as the photo. Our room was set back too much on the cliff. Santorini is not a place to save money. Get the best room and view you can.

I have to say, this is a very unique property. The view is absolutely stunning, of course. The room was spacious and clean, with high quality bathroom products. We were happily surprised by a honeymoon note and a bottle of wine from the hotel, as well. At first, it took some adjusting to the layout of the hotel, as the rooms are a bit of a walk from the lobby and mixed in with various other hotel rooms. It also seemed like the area was too quiet for us at first and we wished we chose a spot in Oia or Fira. However, that disappointment was quickly diminished when we visited Oia and Fira with the cruise ship visitors in town. It was so packed and we were appreciative of the quiet and quaint location of Aqua. Take the time to explore, and you will find some great lowkey restaurants and will have a fun time on the walking path to Fira. We also fell in love with some lowkey local restaurants along with a fantastic upscale dinner with sunset views steps from our room. The service was outstanding from the hotel and they are more than willing to help you navigate to your room (as many times as you need!). We texted them with multiple questions throughout our stay and they always responded quickly. Complimentary breakfast delivered to the room also enhanced our mornings. Highly recommend if you want a beautiful, unique stay in Santorini. Be prepared for lots of stairs!

We had an amazing stay! The management was responsive and the service was punctual. The location is perfect and private to where it is quiet from our room, and most rooms have a personal hot tub. Also had a great views of Santorini. When we come back we are definitely staying here again!! Chrysa is awesome and the best!!!

We stayed 8 days for a special mother-daughter trip. We were lucky to get a surprise upgrade to a suite with a hot tub and breathtaking view. At night the views were a dream. Chrysa and the reception team were excellent! Communication was A . The breakfast was delicious and could be customized daily at request. Transportation services were excellent and timely. We safely visited Oia, Fira, and Perissa thanks to them. Airport transfers were effortless. Thank you all for an incredible stay!!!
