Clean room staff are excellent breakfast was great location of the hotel was central to explore Corfu town but a bit pricey during easter

Schöne Aussicht, dafür die strasse gut hörbar. Habe ich jedoch nicht als störend empfunden. Eher als lebendige Stadt.

Breakfast menu was fresh and varied, all excellent quality. Room was clean and bedding spotless and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Super Lage, Parks und Wasser sowie Bushaltestelle und Taxistand wenige Meter entfernt, Altstadt vor der Tür, sehr gutes Frühstück, tägliche und überwiegend gute Zimmerreinigung mit Handtuchwechsel...sehr zu empfehlen

During my stay, I was jolted awake in the middle of the night by staff who simply unlocked my door and walked in without warning. This was not an isolated incident. It happened at least twice: once at 2am, and again at 8am just as I had finally managed to fall back asleep. The fact that a guest's room can be entered without consent — not once but repeatedly — represents a serious failure of basic security protocol. What made the experience worse was the response when I raised the matter at the front desk. The staff member on duty acknowledged that the 8am intrusion was his doing. And yet not a single word of apology was offered. No acknowledgment of the distress caused, no recognition that a sleeping guest's room had been entered without permission in the early hours of the morning, twice. To compound the indifference further, while I was standing there reporting these security breaches, the phone rang — and he answered it. Mid-conversation. As though what I was describing was not worth his full attention. Mistakes happen in hospitality. What is far harder to excuse is the complete absence of accountability when they do. A simple apology costs nothing and goes a long way. Its absence here said everything. In more than a thousand hotel stays across the world, this stands alone as the worst experience I have had.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was spotless and everything was lovely. Breakfast spread had great variation and was delicious.

We loved the location, room was modern and clean. Lacked not having a choice of black tea in room only given green tea. I did ask for black tea but green tea left again. Very disappointed . As black tea was used for breakfast. Fancy Japanese tea pot at table water was not hot enough to brew a cup of tea as hot water obviously heated the tea pot , and the water was not hot for tea cup then. Best to use a basic tea pot. Staff at reception could be more welcoming.

Breakfast was delicious. Pastries excellent. Lobby has no seating to wait for people.

Spotlessly clean large room but was let down by the bathroom. The ‘shower’ in our standard twin room was not an overhead shower as we expected. It was a bath with a shower head fixed low down on the wall so impossible to shower comfortably. We asked if there was another room available with an overhead shower and we were told all the rooms were the same. We also heard lots of noise from adjacent rooms and the creaking noise of the lift so room not ideal for us. The hotel itself was lovely and the breakfast was excellent. The hotel is in a great position, next to bars & restaurants and is within easy walking distance of the main attractions.

Lovely hotel in the centre of Corfu. Room was only a standard one but great size and didnt hear any outside noise.

Room was small and dark but very clean. There were no tissues in the bedroom or bathroom. Breakfast was mostly cold and not appetising. Staff excellent!! Lift very small and slow.
