阿柯尼地柯连体别墅酒店

此酒店是由家庭式的經營，酒店主人Mary非常親切,她的兒子就是餐廳的廚師，該處很寧靜，早上很久已沒聽過雞啼的聲音，很舒服，而且他們還有一狗一貓，非常聽話。

Ottima la pulizia e il personale. Posizione ideale per chi vuole un soggiorno rilassante, la struttura offre tutto il necessario. Poche posate e piatti nel cucinino.

The building is by a busy road, and the old window does not help to keep any sound out and make you feel that you sleep on the street with cars passing by.

Es un lugar tranquilo, pero falta mucho en sus cuartos, por ejemplo quitan la agua en la noche, ni para lavarte las manos, incómodo para subir, son dos pisos, los bańos muy incómodos y con fugas de agua de la taza de bańo.

Ottima posizione per muoversi in tutta l’isola. L’appartamento era un po’ vecchiotto ma si compensava con la vista e l’esterno molto scenografico… mancano il phon, ferro da stiro e qualche piccolo accessorio ma per il resto buona struttura

Vanno bene gli appartamenti con il patio a piano terra (2 e 3 mi pare). Gli altri hanno solo finestre e non possono ospitare turisti d'estate a mio giudizio; per quanto vi sia condizionstore, uno spazio esterno PROPRIO è imprescindibile. Cmq casette carine che cmq richiederebbero interventi nei bagni (miscelatori, docce, manca bidet che cmq non c'entra), dotazione cucina minimale se non insufficiente (un colapasta ... si puo avere?) e nessuna credenza, piastra elettrica con 2 fuochi su forno elettrico (manca teglia..), piatti e bicchieri contati, frigo piccolo ma biono e con freezer (non celletta)tavolini esterni piccoli e tondi non sono appropriati per una cena, luce esterna troppo fioca. Nessuno stendino. Letti comodi e servizi pulizia buoni con personale disponibile e cortese. Piscina piacevole e struttura gradevole. Posizione comoda o meno in base a necessita. Se volete andare a gerakas sono 50 minuti abbondanti di auto. Per xigia 20 minuti. Zante town a 30 minuti. Porto roxa a 40 minuti. Keri a 45 minuti. Faro a 30 minuti. Laganas 40 minuti. Non è sul mare di alikes (7 minuti in auto e trovate supermercati forniti) ma un po in collina a katastari, in contesto senza servizi turistici. Parcheggio comodo. Poche zanzare. Rapporto qualita prezzo ad agosto buono.

Very nice place. The hosts are really nice and supportive for any of your needs. The rooms are sparkling clean. For summer periods, this place has a fridge with a small freezer included. The hotel is very well located to drive from there to interest areas such as Navagio, Blue caves, windmill, Aegios Nikolaos and even to Porto Vromi. In addition, the swimming pool area is very well maintained and enjoyable.

Accommodation is very clean and spacious and the hosts, Mary and son Dimitri, are charming and helpful. The living area is compact but spacious enough for two, however, access to the sleeping area is via a steep metal spiral staircase which some might find limiting. Bathroom / WC facilities in some rooms are on a different floor to the sleeping area and negotiating the spiral staircase for a during-the-night visit can be interesting! Unlike other similar facilities, the property does not come with any cleaning materials for dishes, etc or a even a bottle of water in the room. Internet access was ‘sporadic’ (drops in-and-out and completely vanished at times).

The property was in a great location, great pool not too crowded, The owners were friendly without being in your face Mary was really nice. could do with better kitchen facilities in some of the units, would recomend

Visited 20 years ago...why did we wait so long to return...loved it ...fabulous pool, quiet location and excellent hosts.

We loved the place. The place has a "villa" kind of feeling. It may not be as comfortable, but the style, staff, view and everything else is great. If we went to Zante again, we would stay there again. It has a "toscana" feeling.

Alt i alt et dejligt sted! Meget autentisk og græsk:-) dog også lidt slidt og gammelt, men det gør faktisk ikke noget.

For me it was a perfect place to arive with my family. So peacefull and beautifull , i love this place, maria, dmitris , pablo , stefano are kind and beautifull people. I would come agian and reccomend to all the people i love when thay visit in zakintos.

We had a great stay at Archontiko. Despite it being right at the end of the season, Dimitris and the family were incredibly welcoming. The location is excellent for exploring the north of the island, away from the crowds in the south. And the view from the apartments out towards the mainland is exquisite!

Beaux extérieurs mais maison qui nécessiterait des travaux : sanitaire ,cuisinette . Très peu de matériel de cuisine pas d éponge pas de torchons....pas de produit vaisselle Vue sur mer partielle avec la maiSon du propriétaire en premier plan

I absolutely loved my stay here. Dimitris and his partners are people so nice, friendly, kind that make you feel like home. I travel alone all the time and here I didn’t feel it at all. If you are looking for a quite place, far away from crowd places and beach parties, this is definitely the place for you. Beautiful view from your apartment, amazing food (Marie is the best cook ever) but if you want to feel more indipendent you can even use the kitchen in your apartment and enjoy breakfast/dinner in your lovely terrace. My experience was 10+ I will high recommended this place!!!!

Endroit agréable, maisonnette traditionnelle donnant l'impression d'être dans sa résidence secondaire. Un bémol sur la wifi capricieuse et sur la kitchenette qui se situe a l'étage.
