Wonderful view and easy to access, very nice staff and great balcony for breakfast.

The view is like in postcard and movies that’s why I stayed. And the room is very nice as well. My room was so good in the location of shared terrace No.6. Perhaps shared terrace is better than private balcony as the view was just too nice but price is reasonable. I did search and comments are correct as well.

Really nice hotel with amazing view ! Staff are really nice and really good service. Nice breakfast as well.

The location of the hotel is very convenient. The staff are very helpful and polite. You can see one of the most beautiful sunset in the world through the window of your room. (I lived in room 6) I would stay in this hotel again if I go to Santorini again in the future.

房間內電視故障服務人員很熱心幫忙修復。。。 但給我們的房間與我們預訂的不同。。給人相當失望且不好的印象。。 我們預定的是價錢高的景觀房。。但到達目的地後給我們的確是低層樓的房型。。當場跟飯店服務人員反應。。服務人員告知其他尚未入住的景觀房有人預定了。。。我們也早在四個月前就預定了。。如果沒有景觀房就不該超收我們多於50歐的景觀房價格。。

We spent 3 days there and we enjoyed every moment! The staffs are very nice and helpful! The view from the balcony is unbeatable.

伊亞是世界最美的日落地點之一，來到santorini一定要來這住個幾晚，而且一定要挑面海的懸崖洞穴屋，記住要挑面向火山的這側，可千萬別挑到另一邊，超荒涼的! Armeni常出現在Oia的照片中，它的地點非常好，唯一遺憾是看不到日落，但坐在池畔躺椅，聽著附近bar的現場jazz，望著愛琴海，身心皆得到極大的放松。 屋內空間算很大，不愧是Suites也有小廚房，餐具碗盤刀叉連洗碗精菜瓜布...都有，但我可沒打算浪費時間在此作菜! 服務人員一看到房客都會面帶微笑親切打招呼，也熱心協助。 來此，請務必事先請他們接送，不然就得自已扛大行李走很多階梯，危險又辛苦。 畢竟是洞穴，清潔感稍差，而且我的房間很多燈光開關沒作用，小音響也無法用，熱水洗一洗會變溫而不熱，這是目前想到的缺點。

The room is nice with beautiful sea view and the room is large and clean!!! The service is good and my wallet is stolen and they free for the long distance calls, the breakfast delivers to our room with wonderful food !!!

沿崖邊所建, 而對愛琴海, 景色美致, 但欲觀著名需多行幾步呢~

Slow feedback about my request and slow Wifi. Not clean enough, because we find fly and small spider in our room. Location is good, near the Oia bus station

很棒的住宿經驗，升級到隱私性較高的房間，但一出門一樣就是海景，非常美麗，早餐也一樣很豐盛，員工看到你也會點頭跟你問聲hello，使整個度假環境覺得很舒適

房間雖然不大,但是以洞穴屋來說,非常不錯了,有四五星級的水準,完美的view,真的！沒什麼好挑剔的！唯一比較不方變得地方就是上下樓梯,如果行李很重的話,可以請飯店人員幫忙.非常好的酒店！強力推薦！C/P值超高！位置就在Oia的中心,去看夕陽走路五分鐘就到！

8号房最大亮点是独享观景阳台，没人干扰或看到，很赞。美中不足的是房间比较小，另外电视什么台都看不到，还有就是屋里电频声音较大，影响睡眠。

This hotel in itself is a picturesque of Oia, Santorini! U will have no regret staying here and enjoying the view. Luxury cave house hotel which u need not switch on Air conditioner. I would highly recommend the apartment house which costs 200 Euros, which is much more valuable than the suite with the private jacuzzi which costs 400 Euros, which double the costs! As the suite with private jacuzzi is located too far from the other parts of Armeni Rooms, reception and the public pool, looks as if this is not in the same hotel; and the private jacuzzi is in the cave like pool, without sunlight, thus it is too cold to get into the water to enjoy (June), it is a waste. Only a private balcony simply could not charge an extra 200 euros! Actually the public pool and jacuzzi on the Armeni reception side is already well enough and get much a wider beautiful view. Super good for honeymoon! Would recommend to stay more nights in Oia than Fira. More quiet, more beautiful view. One drawback is that this hotel could not enjoy the sunset view of Oia, coz its not facing west. So u must go out if u want to enjoy the sunset view.

Gostaria de registrar nossa insatisfação com a hospedagem neste hotel. Desde o momento da chegada, o atendimento foi extremamente desagradável. Ao solicitar ajuda com as malas, informei que eram quatro. O funcionário, de mau humor, pegou apenas duas, seguiu andando na nossa frente sem ao menos nos orientar, e ainda questionou de forma grosseira: “tudo isso?”. Precisei carregar as outras duas malas sozinho. Ao chegar no quarto, solicitamos um ferro de passar e fomos informados que não havia disponível. A TV não funcionava, algumas tomadas nao funcionavam, o ambiente tinha um cheiro insuportável de urina e, além disso, o café da manhã — que deveria ser servido no quarto — foi oferecido apenas no primeiro dia. No segundo, não perguntaram nada e simplesmente não levaram. Ressalto também que a qualidade do café da manhã foi muito ruim. Durante toda a estadia não houve nenhuma demonstração de cordialidade ou preocupação com nosso bem-estar, o que nos deixou bastante decepcionado
